I was looking for a zippo lighter and the light house has a great selection, awesome staff, they showed me how to re-fill and maintain the lighter. Awesome selection of cigars as well.

Have been to a significant amount of cigar shops. Lived in Calgary for years so have had a chance to experience the service at even the ultra premium shops like ziggaren. No one takes the time to really go through blends and wrapper differences. Understand what your looking for and explain their recommendations. Extremely well versed knowledge of the product and selection of cigars.

Also have a loyalty program which I found interesting. There's no where else to get cigars in town so you'd think it wouldn't make sense. Its something that no cigar shop even in Calgary with a decent amount of competition has implemented.

All in all, the guy I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the business tactics are on point and the interior fit and finish is fantastic especially considering its location.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of everything from cigarettes to oil for vapes, and prices are good. What else could you need? !

The staff here are super knowledge able and friendly, their website is full of history and descriptions of cigars and the store is well laid out and bright. Most importantly, the staff are approachable and willing to discuss about their products at length with you, which was essential to getting in the the cigar hobby

Then buying my juicer for a while but just recently got it a bottle that was very harsh in my throat but I Vape the same brand the same Nick level always I called in to see if I can get it replaced her see why the juice is so harsh and I really didn’t get anywhere so even if you have a problem with your juice and it’s been open in any way there’s no chance of getting a refund or your juice replaced. I’ve never Botton anything from any store that couldn’t be returned if the product was faulty that makes no sense to me I’m going to start buying my juice elsewhere

Went to purchase vape juice and the guy was slandering my boyfriend making accusations that were 100% false. Selling us broken things as well. Very very not impressed with the service or the attitude of this man. I would rather drive to cold lake next time

I just went in and purchased a Brigham tobacco pipe along with all the supplies to get started. Once I paid for everything I walked out of the store, sat in my truck and took a good look at my new purchase and realized the pipe shank had a crack in it.on a brand new $65 pipe. I went back in and they couldnt do anything for me. Will be buying everything I need online from now on.
