I used to love the pharmacy and how convenient it is. In the past 8 months the customer service has gone down. Every time I call or go in, I get treated like I’m in an inconvenience. I understand it can be busy but, most of the time they don’t let me finish my sentence and then they hang up abruptly over the phone after answering what they believe is my question. Even though I’m consistently there and my mom as well. We have been questioned MULTIPLE times if we even have insurance… we just get refills.
