Absolutely incredible! Needed help with taking a first-time injection medication. I was helped immediately and with an astonishing amount of information and sensitivity. I was quite nervous about the injection as I don't do well with needles. I was shown quickly and professionally how to use the injection pen in future. The assistant happened to be on the same medication and was kind enough to share her own experiences.
I apologized for coming in looking like such a slob but additionally I have a skin condition that had flared up and was quite painful. Vishal went above and beyond to suggest treatments that my former doctor never bothered to and printed me off a *significant* amount of information to guide me in the steps that can be taken. Easily 25 pages in which I can take home and study at my own pace.
The bedside manner in which I was treated was so greatly appreciated as I was not feeling well and nervous. It really was quite astonishing to be treated so kindly and yet professionally.
I was also quite surprised by the pricing of such a small pharmacy, as somebody on a fixed income I found the prices were extremely reasonable and comparative to big box stores.
I tell you, the reader, quite sincerely this is probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the past 10 years ANYWHERE.
Sobey and Superstore pharmacists were decent enough but the good people of The Medicine Shoppe made those experiences seemed incredibly trivial

Love this pharmacy! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, getting any prescriptions filled here is so easy and you never have to wait long.

Without doubt a Triple A pharmacy that truly epitomizes “service. ” Vishal and his team (with special thanks to Bhargav and Andrea) are professional, caring and always go the extra mile to accommodate us. Please don’t ever change anything!

Can’t say enough about this pharmacy. Took amazing care of our family when they were sick and no over-the-counter meds (or available physicians or walk-ins) were available. This prescribing pharmacy is a godsend to the community. They take time to listen and assess. Bhargav, Vishal, and the entire team are knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Our family received a series of vaccinations in anticipation of travel. We had some very nervous kids, but Bhargav was very helpful in scheduling convenient times and making it as easy of an experience as possible.

I have used and loved this pharmacy for many years.not any more!
I've dropped off prescriptions and have been told they were never dropped off. My son's pediatrician has sent his prescription via fax, has confirmation of it, yet the pharmacy says they have nothing.
I've come in to fill prescriptions, been given partial amounts because they didn't have enough to fully fill, then I come back to get the rest and no one has any idea what amount of pills they owe me, no idea when i was last in. I stood and watched an elderly woman explaining to them how she was given the incorrect medication. The new staff can barely speak English. Sorry, but you need to speak and understand English language to work in alberta canada. I've heard the old staff complaining about the new staff, their language barriers, and how that complicates the work environment.
As soon as I pick up my next refills, I'm finding a new pharmacy.

As my review states, this was far from the first negative incident I've had since Jeff has retired.but it will be my last. The two remaining long time staff members are outstanding! I honestly wish them the best. I sincerely appreciate that you had my son's medication delivered to me today. I genuinely appreciate all that these two long time staff members have done for me and my family over the years.but due to the new staff, I will be finding a new pharmacy.

I have been going to The Medicine Shoppe by the hospital for over 10 years. They know me and my kids names, which makes them extremely family friendly and caring. They're exceptional people who make getting prescriptions easy. Highly recommend!
