I wish there were 10 stars to select for my opinion on Alex and his staff. I have never had such good customer service at a pharmacy before. All the staff are very knowledgeable and they take the time to get to know you and your name. I switched from a larger pharmacy to the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in St. Albert and I am so glad I did. If you want top notch service and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be.

Alex has gone over and above any pharmacist or any healthcare provider that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My wife and I went traveling abroad for the first time and were both complete novices when it came to travel vaccinations. He researched where we were going and prepared all the necessary shots and medications specific to our travels.

Alex always follows up via phone and has been truly amazing. He is incredibly detailed in his attention to our healthcare needs and we both always feels safe under his care. Even though this is not the closet pharmacy to where we live, we would not go anywhere else.
