I loved seeing the old train that once used to be on the streets of Edmonton years ago but is now very much still apart of history of Edmonton in the restaurant, awesome staff that are super friendly and helpful and willing to go the mile to see you enjoy your food and time there.
One person in our party has Celiac disease and the restaurant was extremely kind, considerate, and thoughtful towards them. There's a whole gluten free menu and the garlic chicken was amazing. Also, the food was very delicious and a great price. Thank you!
I went here for an early supper on my Birthday. I totally forgot this location even existed. We requested to be sat in the trolley, and they were able to accommodate. Our server Michael was very polite, and seemed to show up at the exact right moments. The food was delicious. The bread with garlic butter, and the minestrone soup is always the highlight for me. I also had the roasted garlic grilled chicken, which was so tasty! They knew it was my Birthday, and I got a surprise piece of chocolate cake which was so decadent. I will definitely be going back.
Still here after all these years! A testament to the authentic and great pasta recipes. The fresh bread is always a treat and the menu is varied and excellent!
Have not had a bad experience at this location in the last 15 years I've been coming here on my summer vacation. I make a point to stop by at least once a year. Even during dinner rush the servers always do regular checks to make sure our drinks were filled and we were happy with our meal
Best food in town. My favourite dish is Cajun Alfredo Chicken. Its so delicious and soup as well. But most important thing is customer services, Micheal is awesome, he’s very friendly and so professional and really know about the food.
OSF has always been our go to for family dinners. The portions and prices and have always been reasonable and it's been a fun experience. This past time was Father's day, and we waited a very long time for our food, which I wouldn't have minded but the portions have gotten significantly smaller. The French onion soup is now in a much smaller side bowl (and lukewarm), just a few bites and most of the ice cream servings were not even 2 adult bites. When I commented they told me management is watching portions. That is an understatement. Oh well, family dinners at home from now on will save us money.
Had a beautiful Time with my girlfriend for our anniversary. Michael served us and presented us with the perfect dinning options to make the most of the experience. Good food and I would highly recommend bringing someone here. Good food. Great service. And great recommendations from Michael.
Ordered off skip! Loved the packaging and how they attached my cheese and butter on the side so it didn’t melt and that I got a whole loaf of bread (yum), however the pasta could use some more sauce. The minestrone soup was flavourful and the meatballs were a bit dry, but overall I enjoyed the meal. I would say 3.5/5.
I had a reservation for my BF's bday. Everything was great.service and food. Our server (Andrew) was awesome.when we were having our dessert he also had a slice of cake with a candle for my bf.
I recently had a somewhat mixed experience. While the customer service provided by Sherrilyn was exceptional, I couldn't help but notice a decline in the quality of both the food and drinks compared to my previous visits.
