The food wasn't very good, had to send the seafood Alfredo back because it was very watery, the replacement meal, the pasta wasn't cooked
The lasagna was ok, but the portion was on the small side.
We won't be returning.

Our server was super nice. I love the bonus spumoni at the end. The cream soda is yummy. All around, great experience

Service was excellent, Had the lasagna. The main dish wS ok. Could have had a little more flavor tho. All in all was a positive experience ️

Came for my bday. The food was amazing, and the staff was so attentive even though it was a super busy night!

The Old Spaghetti Factory just doesn’t hit the mark. It’s too loud, reservations are lost, excessive wait times, orders incorrectly delivered, food is cold, staff is inept, floor management just doesn’t care, parking is an issue, screaming kids, it’s just not worth it. If I had a dollar for every time I got an “I’m sorry” I could eat for free here. The experience is just too frustrating - especially at these prices! It’s just not worth it.

They claim to have an accessible location but if you are there with a large group you need to go down 3 steps and no way for a wheelchair to get down, service was great and atmosphere was good just make it more accessible

The food is really good. I always have a hard time deciding. Clean Friendly staff. Checked on us enough but not to much. Which is nice when your have lunch with an old friend and catching up.

Worst service.literally waited for more than an hour before i get my orders.staff were "hiding" while waiting for orders, just to elude the customers.they should inform at least the customers how many years more do we need to wait!

Wonderful food, manager left a little note about Quality control on a card, and as someone who work in the food industry I really appreciate the effort and care.

There housemade Thousand Island was delicious. The ribs were good, hubby enjoyed his spaghetti.

Always overpriced for mediocre good, and the service wasn't great either. We had to ask for bread 3 times, and then she kinda threw it on the table. No water.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a great place to go for some "old fashioned" hearty meal. We have been going to OSF for decades and the food is always predictably good. Since they closed the OSF in Eau Claire, we are so fortunate the Marlborough establishment is only a few minutes further away. A great place for a full meal deal - salad, pasta and ice cream dessert.

Good and cheap pleace. You can choose one of their all included items (average price $15) like a pasta or a dish and get a soup/salad, bread, coffee/tea, and icecream. They have a spimoni flavour which is vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio. It is really good. For the main meal I usually get the chicken parmigana, or spagetti with meatballs.

This is the BEST place for dinner. The service is always amazing, all the staff members are very friendly (and forgiving when you can't pronounce what you want order haha) I've come here many times with friends and family, as well as date night. Honestly, I don't think there's another restaurant in this entire city that can match the service and atmosphere of OSF.

Pretty good spot, nice interior with friendly staff. Fully accessible for wheelchairs. Lots of parking and close to transit as well. Good selection of pasta, excellent sauces and delicious!
Booths and table seating available in very well lit environment. Fast enough for lunch, nice enough for dinner too.

We always have a great time here.

They sure do know how to cook pasta. Have eaten many times, and everytime has been a good experience.
This is my choice of a place to pasta food. Never tryed steak their steak yet.
Wait time is very good we spend about 45 minutes here. Definitely will keep going. Staff are happy.

Good value and affordable for what you get when you order an entree (i.e. Pasta, salad/soup, ice cream, tea, bread). Good service at this location. Nice place to bring the family.

Our server Conner is doing a great job. Not only treating my table well, but the table across from us. Even after closing he is fun, positive and willing to give same level of service without rushing his tables.

I've come in and tried your resturants again, my review has changed. The Waitress was very personable, and professional. The food was delicious. I'll be coming back again.:)

My all time favourite restaurant! Everytime I come here, I always order the "Penne with Chicken". It is my favourite pasta here. They will serve you with bread and two types of butter. And also it comes with salad. Love their ceasar salad too! I think we come here every two weeks hahahaha!

I was there on Saturday night with two other people ordered takeout spaghetti it looked like it was scraped from someone’s plate that didn’t finish their dinner. I cannot believe I paid $15.00 for this! Terrible!

Went there for a pickup order. When we got the food home the portion size of the Seafood Linguine was shocking for the amount of the entree, the salad was wilted and had a big on one of the leaves. Both the dishes were lacking sauce so the pasta was pretty dry. The spaghetti and meatballs I ordered was well below my expectations as well my salad was also all brown and wilted lettuce.
We called the restaurant and the manager said he wanted to make it right. Today I received a $25 gift certificate for my bill of $60. Although my expectations were low to start with they definetly fell short. When someone finds a bug in their food generally you would waive the whole meal. Never going back there again.

Old spaghetti factory is good as always. Food is usually good quality with good service. On the rare occasion where there was an issue with the food they handled it well and were quick to deal with it without excuses. No complaints.

Fantastic food. Fast and friendly service. The stained glass decorations and old style lights add character to the restaurant making it an excellent night out

Manicotti noodles weren’t cooked.
Spaghetti and meatballs gave my husband food poisoning and the bathroom where he went to get sick had one stall and a huge line so he puked in the parking lot. The waitress couldn’t be bothered to walk around to put down our food on the table so we passed plates down.the salad was drenched in dressing so it was inedible. My tea craft hadn’t been washed so I had orange peko tea with hints of mint that made my stomach upset the bread was over and under baked only thing good was the ice cream.over all disgusting.

Connor is a great server, Old Spaghetti Factory killed it with hiring this guy. He was funny as hell and made the night super enjoyable. Highly reccomend getting him as your server. He made us all laugh!

The food at this location was phenomenal and lots of seafood on our linguine and loved the food. I will be coming back for sure!

Always an enjoyable visit when we eat here. Very accommodating staff (we had our triplet godsons with us) and food was delicious. We'll keep coming back.

Our waitress was no where to be found! We couldn’t get any refills as other servers didn’t want to help since we weren’t part of their work load. The food was bland and greasy. I had to tilt my plate to drain the oils which filled 60% of my plate. Quality just was not there. The restaurant was so dirty too. Food and utensils all over the floor. Some customers had to kick things out of their way.

Very decent place to eat if you're looking for something better than fast food but not wanting to break the bank.
A nice waitress who was in training served us and showed great hospitality, saw we were running low on the sour dough bread and immediately offered a refill.
Food arrived in a timely manner, was served hot and tasted delicious. Only thing that was considered a 'complaint' was for the portion size to money ratio.
All in all, I would return and try out different dishes off the menu.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was a good price, great tasting and generous portions. I really like the decor there. It's a nice place to bring the family. You will never leave hungry. I highly recommend the French onion soup. It is the best I ever had. Everyone I go It is consistently delicious. I will be back

When arriving, the hostess instantly got my fiance and myself a table, we then waited over 15 minutes just for our server to arrive at our table to ask us what we wanted to drink. Once we ordered our drinks and food, we waited another 5 minutes for the bread, and not even 2 minutes after getting the bread we got our Cesar salads. For that time I dont think it's very timely especially getting the bread then the Cesar salad almost instantly. Our meals were very good and filling, just the timely manners need improving.

Good food, good prices and good service. We had some loud misbehaving children at our table and none of the staff seemed bothered. Great family restaurant.

Amazing staff amazing food we end up doing most of our family events here like birthday parties Mother’s Day Etc. Just an amazing place to go and be with family and friends and a nice relaxing environment

The food was slightly above average, but my plate had a crack in it, and the managers response was "it's so small. " I'm not sure if it's The Spaghetti Factories policy to use cracked plates depending on the size of the damage, but a crack is a crack is a crack.
