The Old Spaghetti Factory (West Edmonton Mall)

This place is just solid. You know what it is, you know what you're going to get and it is comforting in its consistency. I found the value to be outstanding. A meal that 'includes everything" provided good variety. I had the pleasure of having their salad, my main dish (clams and linguine) bread and ice cream. I left very satisfied.

Food was pretty good. Service was great once we got in. They said 30 min wait, ended up being an hour so best to put your name in and go do some shopping.

Me and my family came to try the food. It seems good and the price is reasonable. When we arrived, the server accompanied us to the table where they want us to settle. I felt bad they led us to the table near the kitchen.where no one else is seated. The restaurant has a lot of available tables in the middle but I dont know why the attendant led us to the area near the kitchen. It felt weird that she want us to seat there so I ask is there any other area where we can sit? Then she lead ud to the main hall. The experience is horrible and humiliating. I hope it's just me being sensitive as Asian. I felt really descriminated. We will pay for whatever food we are going to eat, we should be treated like the other guest there. Please orient your people. So disappointing. Didn't order and leave instead after talking to the manager.

Went just after lunch. Service was very good. Food excellent. Only downside was music was extremely loud.

Our server Caleb provided us with the best service and made our experience amazing! He was very nice and made sure to provide us with whatever we needed with pure precision. Looking forward to come back and hopefully see Caleb again!

First time ever going to the old spaghetti factory and was completely blown away. The staff was super friendly and made the atmosphere seem like a 5 star restaurant. The food was amazing too, 100% will be back!

Food was good with nice portions. The bread was ok and it would been nice to be warmer and fresher. Service was ok, quick and on top of things. The atmosphere is very much Old Spaghetti decore which could use an uplift in my opinion.

The food was delicious, and the service was amazing; our server Melissa was the best, kindest, most helpful server I have ever had! I am definitely coming back.

I am a server, and I understand that my family is incredibly high maintenance but your service was OUTSTANDING. Marshal had an amazing attitude the entire time, no one had to ask for anything twice. There is no way I could’ve been SO patient. His menu knowledge also resulted in everyone enjoying their meals and leaving incredibly happy. Thank you thank you thank you. PLEASE give him a huge high five for me. Thanks for keeping the aperol spritz’s coming as well, really made dinner with my family tolerable! You are AMAZING.

I'm a little biased as I work here. I'll tell you this though, we have the friendliest staff, great food that comes out fast and unparalleled value. Come and give us a try!

Basic food, I enjoyed but was nothing to write home about. Service was nice, the decor could use some cleaning and updating.

We stayed in Fantasyland Hotel. We had 11 hours drive and we’re tired. Didn’t have much appetite so we ordered three meals for four adults and two young ones (7 & 10) with sides and drinks.
Food were ok but server were not busy but they didn’t come back to us for a moment while our forks and spoons had very thick grease on them. They didn’t come to clean the table and take the plates neither.

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember.
The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. The servings were perfect sizes.
