The Palisades is a beautiful place to live in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The common areas are always clean- elevators, lobby, gym and laundry room. Naima, the building manager was most helpful with everything we needed, she was always responsive to all communications. She always goes the extra mile for all your requests. Very professional, yet warm and welcoming. I would like to commend Maria too, she is very efficient in her job at cleaning the place. They were really nice people and felt like old friends to us. We were sad to go, but we had to move to another Boardwalk property closer to an elementary school. If only there was a school for our children nearby, we would never leave Palisades. Thank you, Naima and Maria! You guys rock!:)

Just moved in over may long and have no complaints. The landlord Niama is awesome. Reply’s fast if I ever have questions and is just a nice person overall!

Naina a high-level professional! It was recommended to me by Mekenzie from the boardwalk too. Team of super professionals! It's a pleasure to work with such a team!

I switched apartments within the same building and am very satisfied the way Naima made the transfer for me. She was very helpful.

I definitely wouldn't live here again, from day one I've had maintenance here too many times, all the repairs feel like bandaid repairs and they don't properly fix anything, heat has been a huge thing and I was given an electrical space heater that I have to pay for because my heats "working" but it's still so cold, I've been wondering why my throat hurts and today when one of the heater things fell I found mold on the heater in the kitchen! I'm so disgusted

The appartements are clean, the staff is really efficient when it comes to help you, i really loved customer my experience.

Maintenance shows up either not at all or without notice. Very unsettling to know that anyone can walk into my unit whenever they want. Have dealt with pipes bursting (resulting with damaged carpet nobody has come to fix), cockroach infestation, randoms sleeping in the stairwell and laundry room with NO feed back from the security team, and many nights you will hear the sounds of residence moving MANY bags of cans and bottle (no wonder there’s a bug problem). It has been a hard time living here and will not be living in a boardwalk building again.

Nice quiet apartment building. However there needs to be better security as unwanted people are often easily let into the building.

I had to move in December and rather than breaking my lease and using a different property management company I was able to transfer my lease to another boardwalk property. In order to do that I received an amazing amount of help from Jasmine at the Palisade building. She is an amazing representation of your company and I want to personally thank her here and whomever had the foresight to hire her in the first place. If she is the face of the company than you are very fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you Jasmine and thank you Boardwalk for being a fair property management company.

I am just curious what made you switch to a new unit? What is the street condition in the winter? Have you had any issues with things being too icy?
