When visiting family in Calgary I usually dine at The Park at least once. Just recently I had lunch with my daughter at the Park. The food was excellent as always, and the service was attentive at the right time. Thanks again for a great dining experience.

Great vibe, service, and food, with a good selection of beers on tap. The nachos were quite exceptional.

Overall the service and food were good, but a MAJOR fail was that an error was made getting a 'regular' side of pasta when gluten-free was ordered. We even asked if it was gluten-free and the server said yes. We asked a second server and she said no it was not. Management stepped up and discounted the bill after we brought it up but this could have been really bad.

This is our second visit at the Park and both times have been great. The food is very good and the service is prompt and friendly.
This was a good experience. Definitely be back.

We had lunch this afternoon and sat for a long while to visit, drink wine (2 bottles) and catch up. Our server was amazing, conversational and so fun!

Lovely place for date night! Been here many times. Always great food and staff. The meals are a bit pricey but worth it for the service and atmosphere. Last visit, I ordered a NY steak and my partner ordered Boracay tuna and they were both delicious. Loved the triple dip appetizer, beer and their Peach Bellinis as well. Will definitely come back again!

Nice place. Tried the spicy truffle mac and cheese, a bit different than what i usually try but it was great. Server was helpful. Great atmosphere. Will be back.

One of our absolute favourite restaurants! We are never disappointed by the excellent food and drinks, delivered by their always outstanding staff!
Also, almost every food item on thei menu can be prepared Gluten Free! Much better than the 2 or 3 options most restaurants offer.

We go to The Park quite often, usually on Tuesdays when it's kids eat for 5 dollars as we are very frugal with our money.

The kids meals include a meal, a side, a drink and a sundae.

The service was a bit slower than usual, but we went later than we usually do so it was a bit busier, so understandable. Our meals were good and had no complaints.

You are probably reading this going why is this person then giving a one star, is it a mistake?

Then came our bill. We ordered root beers for our kids, usually we get them sprite or something else. The root beers came in a can and not from the tap. Our waitress Taryn "forgot" to mention that their is a charge of $4.25 for drinks out of the can (kids meals are $5 dollars on Tuesdays after 2pm so 75 cents less than a kids meal for a drink!). This would have been nice to know and we would have chose another drink for the kids which are supposed to be included in the kids meal.

Effectively we paid the full price of the kids meal (which is $11 dollars) with the addition of those root beers.

So my advice to the restaurant is please make sure your servers are advising customers on additional charges which they are not expecting, it's not fun seeing hidden charges on any bill and to be quite honest it's part of their job.

Had dinner there tonight. Three of our party ordered burgers while I made the mistake and ordered the Poke bowl. It was an assembly of disparate items (big chunks of tuna sour almost rancid ginger, edameme beans, mexican style rice, huge chunks of avocado, shredded carrot, all covered in a mystery sauce) that simply didn't make any sense in taste or presentation. Seriously, better take this off the menu until the short order cooks get trained up. Not acceptable to be served low quality fast food when you pay for dinner,

The service and atmosphere was such a delight! The food is just as good. You won’t leave without a smile and a full tummy!

Me and my boyfriend came for a dinner date last and had the best time! We had Sydney as our server and she was absolutely amazing We've come here a handful of times but this was the best experience yet. Can't wait to come back!

Dinner was average with three people having the same dish.
Roast prim rib, all came cold or very cool to the table, two were requested to be medium well however all three came under cooked not raw but close. The meal in general was at best average. Service was pleasant and friendly but lacking attention to detail. The main being a dismal failure there was hope for the hot chocolate cake and coconut ice cream but like the main it was cold cake that resembles a ding dong. Tough to recommend the park itmay be a good stop for drinks.

Great flavours in all the meals. Friendly server but restaurant was understaffed and so no one checked on us during our meal. The beef dip was very fatty - the restaurant refunded us half of the beef dip. Drinks were just okay I would say given the price

Fish & Chips were top notch. Crispy light batter on two huge pieces. Fries and gravy were excellent. We were a group of 13 and all orders came out together, hot and did not disappoint. Will be back again that's for sure.

We used to get take out all the time during the pandemic from Park and we were highly impressed. Recently when we order through skip the quality of the food is disappointing. When you are spending $50+ on takeout for two you would hope the food would be better: (

Very good food. Went here at noon, sat upstairs, good service, great food. Went back for diner, sat downstairs at the tables that were inside but open to outside, but the waitress wasn't really friendly. So that's why the 4 stars in stead of five.

Outdoor seats are worn/hard, meal service was very slow.got asked to confirm our order after we placed it and I think perhaps it either was never entered or bumped again to the bottom of the list.and when they finally brought out our meals (30min), there was no cutlery to eat it with.surely somewhere in there they could have brought those.

When we indicated that we didn't appreciate having to sit and watch our meals cool off while someone remembered what sequence you server a customer, all we got was a retort from the server that 'the kitchen was busy'.
Not our problem.ever. Appears she did indicate we were upset and a manager mullified the situation with a billing adjustment so at least she acknowledged it but seemed to be a series of issues that led to this poor experience. Have been here before and service has been spotty but indeed this was the worst - only gave a rating this high since the (cooled off) food was ok and the manager acknowledged our poor service.something the server should have done.

WORST BACON CHEEZE BURGER EVER
I Ordered a Bacon cheese burger with fries via SKIP and it was the worst one I have ever ate.
To start with, the bun was burnt black on the inside. Then the burger was over cooked to what I would refer to as a hockey puck. It’s like they new it was ordered on SKIP and didn’t care because they new it wouldn’t be sent back. Come on guys, if you don’t like the business that Skip brings to you, then get off it. Needless to say, I will not be going for an in-house meal there. Would rather go to McDonalds! At least you know what you get with them.

The Park is always a good option for some great food and spectacular service. I have never had a bad meal or experience at the Park!
Wings were awesome tonight. Salt & Pepper and Parmesan Buffalo. Delicious!

I brought my family in for dinner May 7 at 730pm for 6 people. We ordered drinks and dinner. The waitress was very nice and drinks were as expected, however the food was awful. All 6 dishes did not deliver as expected, bland and no flavour. My partner has brought clients here before for lunch and service was ok, this was my first time here for dinner service and was very disappointed.  We’ve sent two emails to the address listed on their webpage and have not heard back from anyone at all.

Great gluten free options, knowledgable staff and you can't go wrong with "the park gin and tonic". Take out is disappointing but hard to do well. Middle dining area needs better lighting

The atmosphere and service was good. The ginger beef was excellent and so was the French onion soup. But our burger was a little bland, the beef wasn’t seasoned at all. The chicken wrap was also a little off. The sauce was only on one half of the wrap.

Always an amazing time at The Park, Courtenay (the GM) does such a great job, and her staff is always fantastic. If you get the chance to have Wendy as your server, you won’t be disappointed! Best spot in Quarry Park hands down.

Had the prime rib dinner special on Sunday night and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend going for that, want to go back to try other things on the menu. My girlfriend had the chicken Asiago chicken and she loved that meal as well. Had a bit of a mix up with the waitress and was brought the wrong food to begin with but they were quick to fix it and the meal made up for it.

Courtney (GM) Deserves a massive raise!
We showed up after close as Courtney was heading out. She saw our Uber drop us off. She told us of our close options and offered to drive us to the station which was still open and also where our friends had headed without telling us. Amazing customer service and just above and beyond. Usually you have to pay to get in to strangers vehicles ;) really helped us in a pickle and from standing in the cold outside waiting for another Uber.

Allison, was our waitress and originally from Moose Jaw. She was so engaging and friendly. Absolutely accommodating and had impeccable timing to approach as as we were having our appetizers ans entree. The food was amazing and we sampled a new Appetizer called "Trio of dips".
If you eat here, ask If she is serving and request her. Fantastic experience! Thank you Allison.

Just a quick thank you for a delightful lunch today. Kudos to Rachael - as friendly as she was efficient. Really makes a difference especially when dealing with a larger party (of 12). Back again soon!

Keep coming back to this place because I really enjoy the ambiance of it. Our server was very attentive, food was wonderful, especially because the kitchen helped to accommodate my keto diet o twist on the Asiago chicken.
The wine we ordered was delicious (pictured). And the cheesecake dessert was just the right portion for two of us to split!
Will gladly go back again. Love this place.

The staff are fantastic with my allergies, and there is so much I can pick from on the menu! (A rare treat) Staff are great at remembering my allergies throughout the meal so I don't have to repeat myself, which is greatly appreciated. Food is superb and portion sizes are appropriate.

Ordered on Skip and there was an error with the courier assignment. One of the restaurant staff delivered my order personally! Great service!

We always order from this restaurant and the food is amazing. We recently ordered via skip the dishes but after two hours the app kept not picking up our delivery even though the food was ready. We contacted the restaurant and they offered to have the manager personally bring it to our house. Really amazing customer service!

Amazing service. We didn’t have to ask for refills the waitress was very tentative and was great at her job. I just can’t remember her name. Courtney the manager went out of her way for me to make my evening amazing. The food was tasty and we can’t wait to go back. It’s for sure worth the drive if you live in the north. And if you live in the south you gor sure got to check this place out! Btw the chicken and waffles are the BEST in the city!

We ordered take out fish and chips. It was by far the best we have tasted in a very long time. I had mentioned I have an allergy and the chef was very accommodating. Thanks so much! We enjoyed it immensely.

This place is mediocre to decent about 50% of the time, the rest of the time it is absolutely terrible. Tonight’s takeout was the last straw - I make an effort to get to restaurants a couple minutes before my food is ready, so I can make sure I’m taking home food that is as fresh and warm as possible. My order was mislabeled so it was sitting there for 5 minutes getting cold while I waited 2 meters away.
Takeout is not the only issue. A few months ago while having brunch, I ordered soft poached eggs. They came out hard. I sent them back. The server came back with two poached eggs still sitting IN THEIR WATER. Gross.

In the last three years (we live in the area) we have dealt with multiple orders that have come out wrong, overcooked meals and greasy food.

You are better off going anywhere else. I have finally learned my lesson and will not be giving the park any more chances.

The park is the best. Great food, great service every single time. We've gone dozens of times now and never had anything but a great experience. Highly recommended.

I have been here a couple times now and find the service to be friendly and lunch on the patio was very nice. It's a good place to dine with a Celiac as there are several options.

Tried out The Park on a whim, and was not disappointed! Food was great and the drinks were good also.

Only reason I’d not give 5 stars is service was a little sporadic, BUT pretty sure it’s because it was closer to closing time and they had cut down to 1 server and unfortunately the host had sat everyone fairly spread out. The place is massive so it’s a lot of steps between tables when you have the whole floor.

My only actual suggestion would be that the espresso martini needs some work. 10/10 presentation, 4/10 taste.

Finally had the chance to stop in after hearing many great things about this place. Very impressed with the room, beautifully done, patio is absolutely stunning. But I have to give a shout out to Courtney the GM. She was serving me on Monday afternoon and was so pleasant to chat with, saw how she led her team by example and takes pride in her place. Often we don't hear the positive in this industry, but from my first impression, I will go out of my way to go again.

Amazing place! Went out for lunch with my mom today, looking for a new spot with gluten free options and this place was awesome. 90% of the menu can be gluten free and so tasty. Great staff too, everyone seemed really happy to be there and our server Wendy was super bubbly and fun. Can't wait to come back with other friends and family!

Stopped in for a late dinner with the wife and kids and we were VERY impressed. Food was perfect, service was prompt, and it was a Tuesday so the kids ate for free (we are from out of town and were unaware of this promotion so this was a great surprise when the bill came) The only problem is we don't have this restaurant back at home!

Wings Thursdays - yum! Nice selection of flavours. Good service. Cocktail prices are exorbitant however.

Late lunch after a hike with our pups. They only have one table on the patio that is dog friendly. Food was good, great atmosphere, large portions.

My wife and I both have birthdays in February so dinner out on Valentine's Day isn't a big priority for us. This year though we decided at the last minute to go out. We've been to The Park a few times so we decided to see if they had room for us.
They were quite busy but managed to get us a table in a few minutes.
I had the prime rib au jus and she had a salad (I forget which exactly) with chicken added. Both were very good but it bugs me that they want an extra $6 to add protein to the salad.

The staff is very friendly and patient, the local beer choices are pretty decent. We'll be back again, probably to have my favourite, the turf and surf burger with lobster!

Wow. Was it ever nice to actually sit in a restaurant again. Timed our arrival for the tail end of the dinner crowd and were rewarded with excellent service by Lindsay. Ordered the half price Wings, again Wow massive and very tasty. Fish & Chips and Crispy Chicken Burger as our mains. Not disappointed here either.

I live in Quarry Park and the Park is such a delicious place, the service is always exceptional and I’m so lucky to have such a good restaurant in my neighborhood.

First time there. Had pizza (had got sauce one of us was allergic to) thankfully HOPE caught it just in time before we got the pizza. The extra wait was worth while. Thank you so much HOPE. Do plan on coming back when less covid restrictions limit things.

Excellent place for celiacs, most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer! Only 2/6 of the desserts are gluten free but the overall safety of the food excuses that. The only downsides I would say is the day I went was particularly busy so everything took a bit longer. Their air conditioning also was fairly weak for a hot day. My partner who got a burger (not gluten free) also didn't like how her burger bun had a stronger crunch compared to something a bit softer.

That being said the food is fantastic and considering they take celiac so seriously, this will become a new regular spot of mine!

Amazing service and even better food! Came from out of town looking for a new place to try and we happened to find the park. I'm also Celiac and they have ample gluten free options that are delicious. Thank you to the Park!

Great food and drinks and overall experience! It was our two little kids' first experience with in-restaurant dining (covid babies!) and the staff were so amazing with them that they ask to eat at the restaurant every night now. The kids food came super fast and everything we have tried off the menu so far has been amazing. We can't say enough good things about the staff here.they were all amazing!

I associate the Park with beer, friends, and wings. Always a great time. They have the best wings in town. The wings aren't cheap but they are a great deal on wing nights (which is when we try to frequent). Friendly staff. Great west-facing patio with afternoon sun.

I just finished the fish and chips and it was so delicious! A very light crispy batter. More fish than batter for a change and I very much recommend it! Actually everything I have had at The Park is delicious!

My favourite local. Always high quality, with friendly faces saying hello. When they added the possibility of bringing home soup (frozen - to be reheated later) I was filled with joy! My wish is for more of the soups to be available in this way. The vegan cauliflower curry soup is amazing, but only periodically available, and only dine-in. I guess that makes it special, and I'll have to keep my eyes open!

Great food with a fantastic gluten free selection. They also have a dedicated fryer for Gf options to limit the risk of cross contamination. And they have a few GF beers as well. Definitely going back.

Very nice place to eat, delicious food and awesome service our server was very friendly and the menu sounds and looks delicious, for sure will be going back to try more stuff on the menu.

Really great! Me and my girlfriend go here about once a week and have never been disappointed by the service, and only once by the food, but redemption below.

We each ordered a plate or two (can't recall) of wings on a wing night. When they came they didn't look their normal delicious self.
Being mildly down about, what I assumed was them changing suppliers or something, we shrugged it off and started eating. They were definitly not the wings we were accustomed to. Moments later the exceptional server came to check on us. At the drop of a sentence about how they were different she offered to get whole new batch right away, even though we had eaten almost half of the, not as good as usual wings. Minutes later we were chowing down on some of the best GF chicken wings.

A really nice pub, we were greeted with a happy welcome and seated right away. Our server was very friendly and a great help with our questions about the menu. I had the bacon cheese burger which was tasty and hit. The fries were perfect. My wife had the Brussels, they are to die for and a must have! I had gravy that I didn't love, it was kinda herb infused but lacking on the beefy taste. Will be back for sure.

I was there and it didn't explode or burst into flames, which is amazing, with that being such a thing in this neighborhood for restaurants. However, lots to be desired as food was warmed up pre made stuff. I don't get how restaurants don't want to actually cook anything anymore, just a bunch of texting teenagers and immigrant work program members opening bags and warming stuff up. Then everyone wants premium prices for doing so. At least s kitchen explosion would have provided some entertainment for the prices charged.

Great food and Great atmosphere. Staff are also very good and ensure that everything is good with your meal and your overall experience. Definitely would go back.

Been here a few times pretty much anytime I have meetings in Quarry park. Have yet to have an poor meal. The best choice in the area by far

The Park hosted a vegan night in Aug. I was so excited there are not enough places in Calgary doing this. This was great as if fell on my husband birthday. So I pre-bough 5 tickets for my family weeks in advice and we were really excited about this.
Well, this ended up being such a disappointment, they oversold and under delivered. Dinner took over 2 hours. As I mother with two young kids dinner cant take 2 + hours long. But I was told that we would get our food right away and not to worry. My kids growing hungrier and hungrier as we all waited for dinner.
Not only did the food take forever but they started making their portions smaller. Instead of getting 3-4 for spanakopita triangles our table got 2. This was all over Instagram how the portions should have been and what we ended up getting. Instead of taken care of the tables the paid for tickets weeks earlier, they welcomed more an more customer in that they weren’t able to handle or take care of. Even getting a top up on our drinks were a struggle. The waitress couldn’t handle their tables.
We complain to management, they called an said they were going to do it again and comp our meal to make it up to us. This was a great idea and I would come back with an open mind and give them another try. But they never ended up doing it. I’ve phoned and followed up and it’s always the next month, next month. After the last call, they just couldn’t be bothered to call me back or credit any of the money back.
One big disappointment
Great concept but the restaurant and staff couldn't handle it.

As always the food here is delicious and very well prepared. The service is exceptional and menu items are well priced. I had the taco salad which was both tasty and healthy. I forget the Park is here sometimes but it is really close. About 10 minutes from Chinook and really easy to get to. If looking for somewhere new to try, you should head down to the Park.

First time going there and the food was outstanding! I had Ahi Tuna entree and my husband had prime ribs sandwich. Both were delicious! Service was great too. Can't wait to try other dish on the menu.

Tasty food, nice presentation, fast lunch service. Helpful well informed staff. Understood the few diet restrictions.

In the past 2 weekends we have celebrated 2 birthdays both being held at The park. Amazing service food, they always go above and beyond.

Staff were incredibly friendly. We were seated and served in a very timely fashion, orders were taken fairly quick. Only thing I would say is the order took a little longer than expected, however the minor inconvenience was overpowered by an excellent preparation and plating of my order. I would recommend The Park to others.

Went here for a nice dinner with the wife and we both left happy. The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, and we felt that everything was priced well. The interior is nice, though maybe a tiny bit dated in certain areas. That didn't detract from our experience though and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The Caesars & the spicy pineapple margarita is to die for. Amazing food. Great service. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Bit of a mixed bag. Drinks are really good! The Strawberry Moscow Mule and Gin and Tonic are outstanding. The food was average. The Chipotle Cream on the Chicken and Waffles throws the entire dish off. The Patty on the surf and turf burger was well seasoned but the seasoning doesn't allow for the lobster to be tasted. Good service and fun atmosphere.

One of the best chicken sandwiches ever. And love that the poutine came with waffle cut fries. Will definitely be back!
