Nice outdoor furniture. I guess I was there when you were closed. I assumed the store was closed for the season. I hope you have lots of nice weather left to sell the furniture on weekends. Our deck is so small that we don't have room for more pieces. We need a bigger deck. LOL. BG

I recently purchased a patio umbrella from the Patio Store and although I was told there was a warranty for it, none was produced. Originally we were told it would be in the shipping package then were told it is in their store computer if needed. When we asked to see it we were told to call their head office in Calgary. As a result I’ve spoken to the receptionist twice now asking to speak to the Calgary manager. In both cases I was told he was not available but he would call me back. I also left my email address for them to forward a copy of the warranty for my files. It has been over a week now and still no response. While the umbrella is working well at the moment I am disappointed The Patio Store has chosen to ignore my questions on the product warranty. I’m not confident this product will be serviced if the need arises. Buyer beware when considering purchases from this store.

UPDATE
It was good to get an email from the owner as listed below and the follow up with the warranty documentation. All is complete but it was over 2 weeks since I made the first inquiry.

Thought pricing would be better. Since summer really never came this year. Hoping for sales.otherwise, quality products.
