I had a great experience. I ordered a few days before I wanted to pick up my order. It was exactly like in the picture. Everyone loved the variety of fruit, the look of the arrangement, and, of course, the chocolate. I ordered some plain, some wirh coconut and some with nuts. Delicious

I found exactly what I needed. Ordered for pickup in a few days. Awesome customer service.

The Personal Florist team did a fantastic job on the Junk Food Basket. They even specialized it with Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola and added a yellow rose. Thank you for the timely delivery. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT USE THEM. Two days late and my mother in laws flowers are still not delivered. I had to call them and ask yesterday for them to say they couldn’t find the address they should have called. I asked them to call today if they couldn’t find and she would direct them…. Now today no call so I had to call only for them to say they need a new address and won’t deliver today again, they should have called me prior to tell me they needed a new address. So now they will be 3 days late if they end up being delivered tomorrow.

And to boot they just called me to tell me they don’t even have my order and wanted me to pay extra to get it from another supplier, this place is a JOKE.
