Just had Jesse help us with skunks denning under our deck. He has been coming by various times both day and night to deal with the issue and has now identified the food source that is drawing the skunks. Highly recommend his service.

I want to thank Antoine and his team for their dedication to complete the job. Really appreciate the followup and the effort they put in to resolve the invading pests problem. They tried all the options available to find the proper solution and put them in work almost everyday during the past couple of weeks. The situation has improved significantly so far and hopefully it stays rodent free.

I paid a lot for the solar panels - did not realize it would cause a pigeons problem. How to get up on top of a three story house? Abe from the Pest Control Guy did. I was impressed by the fact they did not put business before safety. Abe is a great guy - personable and persistent. He got the job done.

Squirrel issue one day, no squirrels the next. Antoine and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. These guys were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

This guy was amazingly brave going into an enclosed space with wasps! He removed 2 wasp nests from under our porch and gave us ideas on keeping them out in the future.

I’ve never met anyone who deserves 5 stars more than Antoine. I called the company in the middle of a crisis, having discovered larder beetles in my house. I previously had it sprayed but panicked after finding more (And googling extensively)! I called crying thinking I would never get rid of them, and the dispatcher called me back within 10 minutes, and he was very calming and reassuring. Antoine himself called me within the hour! He came, checked everything out and told me what I needed to do to have the house resprayed. He also talked me through a very intense emotional break down due to my phobia and anxiety regarding bugs. That was the first night I slept or ate in days. He came and sprayed and then I left for a trip. Whilst travelling, I had a moment where I thought I encountered a bed bug. I texted him a picture and he assured me it was not and once again calmed my anxiety, to no personal gain of his own. He deserves a medal! He truly cares about his clients and I know if I have future issues, I can rest easy knowing he will be there to fix the problem.

It was a pleasure dealing with the team. They got back to me within a few hours to discuss the issue. Furthermore, were extremely professional in handling the situation. Their technician made the appointment directly with my tenant, who reported the issue, and were on site in less than 24 hours to inspect and spray. I felt really good about the warranty, service, professionalism and best of all.response time. Highly recommend.

Antoine was amazing, would highly recommend! We suspected carpenter ants in our walls and Antoine came to the house and sprayed the ants as we took off board by board. He also gave us some tips of what to look for and next steps. His willingness to help us as we investigated the infestation was so helpful. You cannot go wrong with the pest control guy!

A few things, my wife and I have used 2 other pest control companies in the past and had immediate call backs. I called the pest control guy for a quote on spraying for ants this year, left a voicemail, and no one called me back.

That being said, the main reason as to why I'm writing this review is I found them listed on "thebestCalgary" website and they are listed #1. After some digging and talking to a friend who is also listed on the same site for plumbing, I found out that that they aren't really "the best" pest control company as those are 100% paid positions. I don't know the price but I would stay clear of a company that pays to "appear" as the best company in Calgary, seems dishonest and misleading to customers who are looking for a reputable contractor.

My brother and I were looking for quotes for Spiders this year for both our homes located in south Airdrie. It's unfortunate but we have had the exact experience as the last review. Not sure if the company is under new management or having issues with their phone lines. No one answered our call and didn't receive a call back, text, or email.

UPDATE: We finally got a call back 3 days later, quote was high and the person on the phone was very short with answers. We had already booked a company for 2 sprays this summer and the gentleman basically hung up on my brother once we mentioned that.

Contacted the business to remove a skunk from my property. The initial phone call was answered promptly and all my questions answered in a very straightforward and helpful manner. JS came out to my property first thing the next morning to leave the trap. He listened to my concerns about all the feral cats in the area and used a bait that wouldn't attract them to the trap. He came back out immediately after I called to let him know the shunk had been trapped a few days later. The price was very reasonable, the service was fast, very professional and courteous and nobody had any issues with the fact the service was on an acreage. Other companies indicated they would charge a $150 "travel fee" for the 17 minute drive.
Highly recommend The Pest Control Guy for their excellent service.

Out of everyone I called this company was the only one to contact me ASAP and gave use a very reasonable price for a wasps nest inside our concrete front step! It's been two days and I haven't seen a wasp! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! They came on time and right away the next day for us. I am so happy with the service and kindness! If we have a wasp problem again, I will be contacting them again!

Quite simple! 3 sparrow nests and painting 3 screens black? My price is inflated (Because of the ladder) Huh? My house is a bungalow with a raised roof in the back only! Gentlemen was nice but interrupted me when I was trying to relay my concerns. $750 dollars! (Tried my best to keep it local to Airdrie) but nope, big FAIL on competitive pricing and communication!

My neighbors were having some birds nests removed next door - I went over to speak with them about pricing/availability and The Pest Control Guy squeezed me in to remove one on my home right after they finished next door. He was very friendly and told me about the procedure - removal/cleaning/prevention. Highly recommend!

We have been using Antoine to help with mice prevention for a little over a year now. He has always been super friendly and helpful each time that he has visited our home. He is very professional and makes sure to educate us before he leaves. He is also very reasonable and kind. We have had a couple false alarms where we thought we had a squirrel in the attic, or mice in the walls. He has never made us feel stupid for calling him to come check. We feel very secure now and know that we have the mice under control. We will always use Antoine in the future!

Amazing service! Great prices and I no longer have an ant problem in my backyard! I called and they came right away and now we can enjoy sitting in our backyard again! Antoine is super friendly, polite and kind. I highly recommend them!

Antoine put a barrier fence around our porch to keep skunks out. He was super professional, communicative and knowledgeable. We called several different pest control folks before deciding on him. Highly recommended.

Antoine and his son were very knowledgeable regarding our squirrel problem and were able to take care of our infestation. Turns out our roofer didn't do a very good job and left several gaps where the squirrel was able to get in. Antoine blocked off 7 different spots and left a one-way gate for the squirrel (s) to escape but never return.

Antoine was very knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and fair. He also assisted another of my workers finding a water leak coming into my house through some furnace vents and window casings that will really assist me in getting it repaired effectively.

So happy he knows what he is doing and handled my ant problem which might have meant much more damage to my home and less sleep for me knowing the little critters are gone.

I have been SO impressed with Antoine and would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest removal. We have had a family of raccoons in our roof, I had called every other pest control and no one would help us. As soon as I called Antoine they came that afternoon, had traps set and the price was very reasonable. After a couple days and no raccoons being trapped he adjusted the traps and re baited them! Once the raccoons were caught he showed so much kindness to them. Family is now gone and we finally can sleep.thank you so much for all your help!

Antoine was very helpful explaining to me any questions I had. I called in the morning, and he was at my place by noon. Him and his apprentice took care of my bee and wasp nests I had, then gave me a bottle of honey after. Great work guys! The price was better than any of the other places I called also.

He came right on time and cleared out our wasp problem! Now it’s time to start enjoying our outside space again for the summer! So glad we had him come by!

Our family got brand new sod installed in our yard and a week later, we discovered a pile of dirt on our lawn. The next day there were three piles and the next day, four.

I first contacted The Pest Control Guy (Antoine) through his website, thinking it was voles/gophers. He replied very quickly and let me know that he could help us.

I contacted Antoine on a Friday and he said he could come by our house on Tuesday. On the following Saturday, we discovered a 5th mound. At this point, our family felt like we couldn’t wait until Tuesday and risk having our brand new lawn destroyed. I emailed Antoine and he called me immediately, letting me know that he can come right away. We were pleasantly surprised about this, considering it was Thanksgiving long weekend! He did not even charge us a rush fee or anything like that.

When Antoine arrived, he set the traps and talked with my son and I about our problem. He was very knowledgeable and humorous - and very professional. He then left and we saw that one of the traps was set off within hours.

I contacted Antoine once again and he was pleased to tell me that we have probably caught our problem! He is coming to collect the traps in a few days and our family can finally enjoy our yard (for the little amount of time until the snow comes!).

I highly recommend The Pest Control Guy because of the high level of customer service and his competitive prices. Other people we contacted quoted us prices over $100-200 more than what we paid with Antoine. One person even offered to poison the critters without even knowing what they were.
