Had a charging issue with my phone and the young lady very quickly diagnosed that it was my charging cord and was able to purchase a new cord on the spot-very quick and knowledgeable service!

Very helpful team. We had a weird issue and they took the time to solve it. Now I have my new phone, new plan, and I'm happy!

After over 6 months of dealing with numerous issues with my provider and poor customer service over the phone, I had the pleasure of working with Nevan. Not only was he friendly and patient, he was also very thorough. This is one of the first times in a while we felt content in working with this company. He was very good at explaining different options, the process and all the components that went into our account changes. When people care about providing you with a good experience it shows. Definitely trickier to just pop in during the pandemic, but planning ahead and going right as the shop opens is worth it to avoid a queue and text message to enter experience. Scot was wonderful help and made switching my account over to Telus seamless. And the laughs with him helped to start my day off great!

I had to replace my phone today in an emergency. Angela was able to get my new phone setup with all my apps installed very quickly and I was able to make my meeting.

Great customer service. Also if you are looking for screen protectors they can custom cut one to fit your phone on the spot for you and install it. Has proven to be very helpful for hard to find screen protectors.

Samantha was wonderful and helped try to save me money wherever she should so I could get the most bang for my buck and was really good with my young daughter being there.
