I have never met a customer service representative or manager with more knowledge within the telecommunications field as Ashley. She patiently answered all of my questions, and genuinely helped me chose the right services, device, and accessories that truly fit my needs. Her in depth knowledge of every facet of the products and services I was interested in really helped me make an educated buy. I went out of my way to go to this store, and because of her service, I will be going out of my way again.
If you could duplicate her, I would suggest it.

Chris spent hours with me doing transfers. His customer services speaks volume as to the kind of people telus hires. He spent the hours my transfer took maintaining strong conversation with me. To be expected, as Chris has helped me and my girlfriend for a few years now.

GOOD experience here! Chris at Telus took the time to go over different payment tabs for my Koodo phone and we agreed on a price I am very happy on. Dropped in to pick up a new iphone 11, excellent experience overall. Dealt with Chris who made the experience super easy and super simple. Picked up a case, screen protector, the phone itself, and Chris even did all the transferring and configuration for us, was awesome. Went to get a new phone, there were some issues with Telus billing but Jen and Cris were more than helpful.

My family and I came in last week to upgrade our 3 old iPhones and had THE BEST experience ever with Sam. During both of our visits, Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. He walked us through all of our options multiple times and was honest about what would work best for us. He even stayed an hour after his shift to properly set up our new phones! It was the best customer experience I've ever received and would highly recommend Sam and The Phone Experts to anyone looking for a great phone buying experience. We will definitely be back. I just got a new iPhone today, and the techs at Telus had me set up and running in short order. They upgraded my wife's iPhone plan to provide more data GB at no cost, put us both on a Canada-US plan with a family discount, and let me choose a phone number to my own liking. No pushy up-selling.a very good experience.

I was in with my dad a few days ago, and my dad is a very pushy person and with often times people in retail aren't patient with my dad's accent. Chris was patient when listening to my dad explain his issue, and helped him with troubleshooting his issue. He truly went the extra mile to explain every step he was taking and showed my dad how to operate his new phone. If this store was closer to home, it would be my permanent go-to Telus store. I recommend Phone Expert Westbrook Mall, they have an excellent costumer service all people there is good easy to talk especially Sam, my whole family did an upgrade for the new phone and we got everything we want without any complain.

Very excellent service. I was assisted by an outstandingly ugly representative named Matt, and despite his horrendous appearance he went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 would recommend, just dont bring any small children, old people, or animals
