We have been to a few different TELUS phone locations over the years and we still love coming to the mall location because of the service we have received in the past.
Today, we got an employee that was so awesome to deal with. Jen is so knowledgeable and courteous and we are so happy with her service.
I’m sure all the employees are good at that store, but Jen went above and beyond for us and it is worth waiting for her if you are shopping for a phone.

Fast, super friendly service from Kirby and he made me feel valued. Every staff member smiled at me, said hello or asked how they could help. Someone brought my daughter a sheet of stickers when she started to get impatient. When I returned to get my phone a little after an hour someone who didn’t help me initially recognized who I was and went and grabbed it right away. I wish I could give an extra star!

Chris was super friendly and helpful. He helped me replace my screen protector and explained how it can get cracked or broken. Thanks Chris for helping me out!

Logan helped me transition over to Telus and was extremely patient with the process as we had much difficulty switching from Shaw/Rogers, since there was a pending port that needed to be released. It could not be done in the Tullus store so I had to get in touch with Shaw and Rogers to have it manually released, which was quite time-consuming as they did give me the runaround, but after some time Logan was able to complete the process, and ensure that I was takien care of very well, and was able to assist with getting my husband the things that he required as well. Great job Logan thanks for all your help today!
