Lived here for 14 months and have loved the apartment, staff and tenants. Very friendly atmosphere and amazing front office staff that are always available and ready to handle any issue that arises.

It's a building that gives you the old style concrete structure with very sound proof units (you rarely ever hear anything outside your apartment which is extremely rare in most buildings) but with a modern look and feel inside, along with older square footage. It's nice to live in a 1000sq/ft 2 bedroom apartment where 90% of new builds squeeze that same 2 bedroom layout into 700sq/ft.

Would highly recommend to anyone that struggles with outside/neighbour noise in apartment buildings. Also, I've had a couple issues come up in my time here and someone is in your unit within hours fixing or arranging for a fix, it's been very reassuring that way.

Also, close to many amenities. Very happy with my time here.

The building is weird. No place for Amazon drivers don't have access to mail room and must take the packages and heavy boxes directly to the suite. Waste of time and money. Visitor parking is non existant since there are very few stalls.

I have been living at the Pinnacle since April 2010 and just moved out because I bought my own house away from the city so I know this building well! The current management team is, in my opinion, the best! Luiba and her team are tenant-focused and do everything possible to accommodate us.

It is a non-smoking building but some smokers think no-one can smell when they smoke in the building - they're mistaken and they will be reported by non-smokers who DO adhere to their lease agreements. So rather than writing a bad review because you're evicted for smoking, why not rent somewhere where smoking is acceptable?

It is a pet friendly building which is especially great for single people who have fur babies for loving company. I say single people because with the security in the building (yes the cameras work) I always felt very safe in the building.

The building itself features upgrades and is aesthetically pleasing to live in. It won't matter where you live, there will always be something to address - even brand new buildings. But I was seldom bothered or inconvenienced by maintenance requirements. Speaking of maintenance, the maintenance team (repairs and cleaning) are very pleasant and competent!

Another great feature of this building is that each unit has it's own washer and dryer - no coin operated appliances! BONUS!

I see there were complaints about the elevators but that isn't the management's fault - bad reviews need to be directed to the elevator maintenance company where they belong! But for the most part, the elevators are usually working just fine.

My one criticism is the smoking area out front. It is attracting the derelicts who are looking for cigarette butts. A non-smoking building shouldn't need a smoking area. Those chairs out front would be better used by lease-adhering tenants (non-smokers) to meet or visit with their neighbors in the sun. Just my opinion ;)

After 12 years of living here, it's been a sad week of moving out as I will miss the staff and my neighbors - I truly loved my years of living here.

Best wishes to everyone and thank you from my heart:)

I thankfully just got out of this building. I rode out my 1 year lease and that was one year too long. More often than not only one of the three elevators was working. When two of the three were one was reserved for people moving in/out meaning you often had to wait for 10 minutes if you wanted to take it instead of the stairs. On the one occasion all three were working i got stuck in an elevator causing me to miss a work shift. When i finally got in contact with the building they hesitantly apologized but did nothing as far as reassurance that it would be fixed. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night every other week during the winter due to residents smoking in the stairwells. During the winter you cannot turn your heat down due to the concern that the old plumbing will freeze and in the summer nothing can cool down the suits.

Completed my move in recently. There have been some small issues that were taken care of within two days. Management is great. Jacquie and Dia are a pleasure. The view is awesome. It's a little early for a review, but I believe this building deserves it.

I have just rented an apartment this week
As I am in BC this was done virtually and on email to pinnacle in Calgary
Dia the leasing manager has been wonderful talking me through all the paperwork
Many managers I have spoken to in other buildings in Calgary were abrupt to the point of rudeness
Dia was excellent and I thank her for her patience with a senior

Why does it say open till 17.00 on Saturdays? Tried the office last two Saturdays just past 4 pm to ask about apartments and it was closed.
