First time getting my 2 (very squirmy) cats groomed. The staff's patience and feedback was very much appreciated. Will definitely come back in the future:)

Our Khaleesi girl absolutely loves going there and getting her hair all fixed up.
The staff adore her and treat her so well. Very happy that my husband and I can drop her off and fully trust the staff will take the best care of her. Best part is they love having her as much as she enjoys going.

They did a great job bathing, brushing and grooming my Siamese/Ragdoll, as you can see from the before and after photos I've attached. Chanelle was very friendly and my cat is much less fluffy now and took off the amount of hair I wanted removed from his chest, belly and behind. A bit expensive, but well worth the money. Thank you!

I always bring my husky Luffy to Posh Paw, never disappointed and they always doing good job. Make sure call them few weeks ahead to book appointment because they're always busy.

I am extremely disappointed after bringing my puppy here for months, the receptionist Chanelle has the worst attitude ive came across in customer service.they blamed her attitude and tone on anxiety and asked not to leave a review.they left my dog in a “cage” for an hour, and called me to tell me she has lice.she didnt have any lice when i dropped her off and i am aware now that they’ve had pest problems in the past.i paid a ridiculous price for my puppy to be neglected & not touched. I do not recommend this groomers for anyone that values their pet, money and time.

Cleo always comes out super cute! I also find the price more reasonable than other pet groomers close by.

The happiest I’ve been with my golden doodles groom, since I’ve had him! Logan did a great job, not only did she ask me exactly my expectations but she listened and delivered! For the care they provide & the quality of service, I think the prices are very fair. I will definitely be coming back! Frankie is feeling handsome

Super clean and working hard to be COVID proof. Took care and time with my puppy and his first groom and I was very happy with handsome my little guy ended up! He's the lighter brown pup playing on the left. Nearly a week later and he still feels soft and silky!

Larissa is a huge reason I go to posh paw. She’s always so sweet and friendly. She remembered Bentley after only 1 visit and we’ve been booking regularly ever since. He’s normally quite anxious to be left at any appointment but he loves haircut day thanks to these girls. We’ve seen Bailey and a few of the other girls and I’ve always been so impressed with his look but also how he’s treated and how warm and inviting they are with him.he runs right in for a snuggle. The little bandanas are a nice touch aswell!

I've been coming here for over 4 years. I have a newfoundland. On average its always been anywhere from 4 to 41/2 hours to get him done. They have changed their rate on large breed to $65 an hour complete rip off I brought him in for his regular groom and they told me he would be 4 to 5 hours. Then they called 4 hours in and said they need another 3 hours lol. 7 hours to groom a newfie. What a joke. I've called around and on average a large breed dog is 4 hours with 1 groomer. Just lost my business.

Kiera says 'the hoomans were very nice and she enjoyed herself on her spa day'. Mom says they were very nice too and she says we can come back soon.

My two young dogs look good every time they have come out.
They did a haircut on my older (18) dog who has high anxiety and blind. He was happy when he came out and they let me know he did good.

I just wanted to say how amazing this place is. I’ve never had a bad encounter here. The front desk staff are very sweet. The first time I came in with Maggie, I was so nervous. Maggie hates, HATES baths and would cry the whole time I would bath her. On top of that she’s also not great in new environments and gets very scared. The staff here are so reassuring and listen to my concerns. I just really appreciate them.

A BIG HUGE shout out to Irina! She takes care of my baby and is always so sweet and gentle with Maggie. She takes her time with her and I feel confident leaving Maggie in her hands.

Maggie comes out smelling like a little cupcake and struts her stuff. She seems much more confident after her time spent with Irina and has a big smile plastered on her face!

I'm sorry we can't cut the mat out behind your dog's ear with our professional scissors because it's too dirty and our scissors will get dirty? Overpriced and their quality isn't that great.

My pups always look amazing after their groom! Love the atmosphere And the professionalism! All the girls are outgoing welcoming and most of all love our dogs!

Have been bringing my dog Max here for I think 2 years now? The people are sooo friendly! Max always looks so cute afterwards:) cant wait for his next appointment!

Kimiko and her team take amazing care of our two girls (Jayne and Inara). We have been blessed with positive experiences going to the Posh Paw Pet Spa and are so happy to see our girls so incredibly chill and well behaved upon returning home. We were initially really worried that taking our cats to a groomer might scare or traumatize them, because Jayne is almost 8 years old and had never been to one and Ina is so young and excited to explore but the team at Posh Paw has done a great job at getting them more comfortable with each visit. They went in for a visit today and are now calmly lounging around, sniffing each other because of the lovely pet shampoo used on them. It's adorable.

I would recommend this place 1000%. They’re so nice and caring with your pets. I am a returning customer and they will continue to get my business because they so a superb job with my pet. He is so fresh and good looking every time he comes back from these guys. Love this place.

I did not have a good experience here at all. I advised to NOT use any fragranced products on my dog as he and I are both allergic. Not only did my my dog have a very strong perfume smell when I picked him up but I paid over $80 for a bath and nail clipping which is outrageous for a small dog. When I expressed my concern it was dismissed at the shop and when I called when I got home they offered a discount off my next visit. No apology, no offer of a refund or even a partial refund. As if I would go back after the experience we had. I had to bath my dog again myself in an attempt to remove the perfume and then deal with two weeks of contact irritation from continued exposure to the fragrances. Saying nothing of how dry and irritated my dogs skin was. Please use caution if using this dog salon. They’ve made it pretty obvious to me they don’t care about correctly following a request or attempting to correct it when a rather large mistake is made.

They were wonderful with Leo, did an amazing job! He has always been nervous going to groomers but they were very patient with him. Definitely recommend bringing your dog here

I started bringing my puppy, Pippen in for regular nail trims and he always runs in tail wagging - which tells me that they’re treating him well and he isn’t scared at all.

My older pup, Percy has had some past nail/groomer trauma and had been avoiding nail trims since. After being rejected from my vet for trims (he was too aggressive and they wanted to sedate him going forward) and me not being able it to do it myself anymore I gave Posh a chance to try with Percy and they actually were able to trim him nails just fine!

I was floored! I am so grateful for how reassuring and confident they were that they could do it (they had been telling me for months) the staff is friendly and calm and I am just over the moon that they were able to trim the nails of my special scared boy.

I would definitely recommend The Posh Paw Pet Spa to my own friends and family with pets! Here you can see Buffy's transformation from a long haired, matted, extremely heavy overcoated pup to a joyous, more confident, pretty pup after her haircut/shampoo/nail trimming/teeth cleaning session. She's over 16 years old and was extremely fearful before her session but AFTERWARDS oh boy did she do a 180° turn. You could tell this session totally changed her attitude and self confidence (she suffers from vehicular motion sickness but afterwards she was chilling, happily looking out the windows on the way back). Buffy's family is overjoyed and loved the little ribbons she got with the Xmas package.

Now for Rice the 1 year old short-haired cat. Although you can barely see the difference in the before and after photos, he is super fluffy after his cleaning and blow out! The kind ladies were able to find some strange skin discoloration on his paws which the vet then identified as injuries (he jumped in a hot kitchen pan or something). The staff definitely go above and beyond what we expected and I would definitely give them a try if you're on the fence or looking for a groomer for your pet!

A huge shout out and review for Logan at The Posh Paw Pet Spa! I was absolutely blown away. They took such good care of me and my baby boy! My pup had some major covid hair but now looks like a million bucks! So impressed with the facility, the staff and their talent and kindness!

I brought my dog Blizzard in for the first time in a while after trying a different groomer. This grooming was essentially the works. Nail trimming, brushing, wash and teeth cleaning. You name it, it was probably done. I was surprised when they told me it would only take approximately 2 hours, for all the requested service. The dog not only looks like he’s shed a few pounds of fur, but he smells great too. Definitely recommend.

Took my Shepherd Jax to see the amazing staff here. With his Hip Dysplasha its hard to find Groomers who take his condition seriously. The staff were amazing in how they treated him and let us know everything that went on and how he did. He wasn't stiff or sore after his appointment and they did an amazing job with his detailing. FINALLY nice to find Groomers who Care! Would 100% Recommend their Services!

WOW! They groomed my Sheltie today after a very traumatic and grossly negligent grooming place before. They made her look the best I have ever seen. Attention to detail, proper breed grooming and amazing customer service. We were careful in our search for a new permanent groomer and they now have our business for a very long time. We are beyond happy with their services and can’t thank them enough.

Logan grooms are two little kitties once a month! And even with our one little guy being his most difficult she always able to handle him at his worst! With updates and a great professional manner! If I could give this place a 100/10 I would! Thank you for always being there for our little furry family!
