The first time I've been here but a nice place interesting enough to beat I enjoyed myself so much and all the people there are so helpful amazing loved it
I haven't explored the whole place yet, I delivered a painting for an exhibit. But i love the historical appeal, feel, and overall ambience, I should've looked around when I was there.
It's small. But it's intimate. Great performance, performance was well done. Seats are a bit uncomfortable, the "concession" is a bit weak. They do a 50/50 for cheap. They are very friendly. They do allow you to bring in your own food/drink
This was a fun little place. Really reasonable ticket prices and a fair priced concession. The seats are comfortable and every one is a good view, but there are no cup holders. I plan on going again.
This beloved theatre has seen over a million patrons pass through its doors since it opened as an iconic cultural venue in 1972. It exists thanks to the visionary Joyce Doolittle after whom one of the theatre spaces is named. The many groups that use this theatre continue to bring joy to the lives of Calgarians and visitors alike.
