I feel safe and at home in my apartment at The Ridgewood. I have lived here for just over 2 years and can attest to the friendly community, the professional caring staff, and the prompt service of any requests we have made. A short walk to all amenities, parks, schools and hospital (all within 1km). The stunning sunset views are breathtaking! I know you would feel at home too!

We have been renting out a 2-bedroom apartment here for half a year now. We love this place! The apartments are properly maintained and the staff here is super friendly and helpful (Shout out to Jenalyn).

I moved into a beautiful, bright, newly-renovated suite a few months ago. After I met the property manager I knew this was the place to call home for many years to come. Jen is very sweet and likes to joke and laugh. A very nice lady. It feels like a family atmosphere - we all watch out for each other. She works hard to keep the whole building clean and beautifully decorated. I love it here absolutely! It's peaceful and the birds are chirping everyday. Now, you can't ask for more than that!

Horrible management. Building is outdated and they don't do proper renovations and provide misleading information. Would never recommend this apartment.

Live here for a year. Great management, very responsive, but almost never needed to contact them. The unit was very clean, appliances functioned well. Move-out process was smooth and problem-free. Management was flexible about moving out early to accommodate new tenant.
