The Riverside Club

This is a gym with a lot of space that is improperly put to use and underutilized. There is a studio for functional fitness where classes ought to be held. Unfortunately, most calisthenics training classes occur in the middle of the free weight room. A rather pointless women’s only section of the gym takes up what amounts to 30% of usable floor space. Empty offices are strewn about. The opening hours are what I would consider late opening, late closing. Things could be better.

Small gym with an amazing atmosphere. The staff are great and the people that work out there all seem friendly and laid back. Quite a nice change from the big gym I used to go to. Love the saltwater pool as well.

Walked 20 mins to get here in a -27C and there was no body at the gym at all or to help me get started or signup.

The club has Spa, Fitness centre, Tennis courts, swimming pool. Single visits are 21$ and you can get 6 entries voucher for 110$ + tax

Tennis courts - the court surface is a bit different from the hard court surfaces I played on so it requires some getting used to. Its a soft surface and supposed to easy on your knees but that makes the ball bounce just a touch lower. Other than that the facility is amazing and staff is super friendly and great!

Club has an 80s vibe to it, but I have noticed the female staff like putting the radio station on Amp Radio, or Virgin radio which is not really fitting for an older member club (30s and 40s crowd) ; is kind of a turn off. Pool is nice but they put a lot of strong chemicals in it. They took out the heavy bag to put in a TRX machine that nobody uses so that is a disappointment. There seems to be a level of complacency about this gym

Didn't use the facility, but visited it and got a tour. Very nice health club.nice gym and fitness training, spa, salt water pool, tennis courts, great equipment.

One of the few clubs where everyone knows you by name. Clean and well maintained by the staff.

The facilities are very nice.it's never crowded, the parking is OK (just a walk from the big lot by the park)
The pool is nice but I find they are using some unusually strong chemicals.
My bathing suit was destroyed within a month and I have a hard time breathing in the fumes while trying to soak in their hot tub.and I have never had that issue before and other facilities.
