They should remove themselves off of Uber Eats if they can't manage to go through with orders. I preordered samosas for a party and half hour before they are supposed to be delivered, the restaurant cancels my order. I called them and the woman was like we don't do Uber Eats, only Skip or DoorDash. Then why have yourselves on the app? My friend also called her and was hung up on, no apologetic behaviour at all.

The taste of ready to eat samosa was nothing but a frozen samosa fried in the same old oil they used during inventing a samosa.

Excellent food, very friendly service.

Ordered papdi chaat. The ratio of the dahi to the papdi insufficient (dahi was v less). The aloo in the chat was huge chunks and not boiled properly

I bought chikin samosas, very strange taste. Not fresh. I requested to give me assorted in 8 piece pack but they refused so had to take all 8 pieces with chikin.

There Samosos are good. They're cheap too. The chutney, which comes with the samosas, is not good. I would suggest giving it a try.
Their laddo were good and reminded me of back home. They have halal options too.

I asked for 20 samosas, the girl says, they sell them in packages and I could either get 16,24.32 but I did not need more than 20 coz it would be wasted.

I asked her to charge me per samosa, whether it is a dollar or $1.50 but she wouldn't sell me anything less than 24 pieces.

Hi All, I had very worst experience having pani puri there, the pani water is perished and cold (Literally tasting like bad water), channa was mixed with red chilli flakes and sweet sauce. Worstest Pani puri ever I had

Best Samosas in town! Love that you can pre-order and they are always ready to go. Whenever I have a gathering they are a must for the buffet table.

Super samosa, 16 samosa of good size, each one with one 1 CAD. Tasty. It is only for takeaway, you can not eat there.

I have been coming here for years. I got my insurance from Sharpe and they were upstairs. While I was getting my insurance, (at a really good rate) this wonderful woman appeared and brought me some pakoras and a couple mini samosas. I not only continue with Sharpe Insurance but I still go on a regular basis to both of the locations.
The samosas are so crispy and full of flavour you don't need the tamarind sauce. But then again, why wouldn't you dip into a sauce of goodness?
I got a lunch box today with four medium? Samosas and some chickpea curry plus some tamarind chutney. Delightful! And only 9$!
I wish I could eat more because I would LOVE to try Pani Puri & the Aloo Tikki & the Papri Chaat. They sound sooo good.
The Prairie Winds Park is so close so I just drove over. Stella and I grabbed one of the picnic tables at which to enjoy our lunch. It was good to see the park so busy, although, it was a Tuesday.
Seriously, try the Samosa Factory - either location. You most definitely will NOT be disappointed. Make sure you order lots so you aren't disappointed there aren't more.

Best samosas in the city! I hope someday they will open a south location, but until then I will still drive 30 minutes for them:)

The samosas are so delicious from this place. Make sure if you are in a rush phone to place order. We walked in to order and had to wait 10 minutes for a fresh hot order to go. We ordered a full batch of mini beef ones and they were flavorful with plenty to spare if only 2 of you are eating. Owner was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. I'll be eating from here again

This place has best samosa's that you get in Calgary.
Keep this in mind that this place has baked samosa not fried.
But Samosas are really good.
I got vegetable samosa and really loved them.

Service is very good but food isn’t. Samosas were double fried and haven’t had any taste at all. Also, on the top they charged extra for green chutney and it wasn’t worth it either.

Poor quality rather fake sweets, for example, I bought two pounds of milk cake which were made up of cheapest rather facking materials - poor taste if you had experience of quality traditional sweets then this place is not for you. Samosas were OK.

This place is not at all bad but it was not good to find some of their posted items that day. It reflects a bad impression of the bussiness. You can give them the latitude for some unknown reasons but they should manage the things to take care the customer's needs.

The last time when not all of order was in the bag. To top it off, a long hair was found inside one of the Samosas. When I called to let them know part of my order was missing, he blamed us for not checking our order before we left. For one, I trusted you'd give us what we paid for. Two, the oder is tied up tight in a plastic bag. Why on earth eould you blame the customer for your mistake. They didn't care that we found hair in our Samosa either. We used to travel from the deep south to order from them, not anymore. I will tell this truth to everyone I know, I will not stop because they chose to blame the customer and not make it right. Extremely disappointed!

The Samosas are delicious. I called in last minute.still they were ready on time. The stuffing was delicious.
For sure they need more staffs. To receive phone, to take payments.

Samosa's are pretty good, but I think the cleanliness might be a bit on the sketchy side. No inside information, but just from what you can see.

Food is good. Acceptable customer service but obviously not great. Lacks cleanliness a little or I should say the atmosphere inside the store is not great.

Even though this location was very, very busy, the workers were very professional. Had a great experience.

My post is literally only for the veggie and the spinach and cheese samosas. The spinach ones are literally my favourite.

Excellent food, quick service. Well worth ordering ahead and pick up to enjoy a wonderful snack or meal.

Best Samosa ever ever eat, the dough is perfectly fried and crispy and not oily.
Also the Samosa is fully loaded with vegetables.
I ordered through online website and found my order ready and fresh on time.
Prices are reasonable. Staff are welcoming.

We have been twice to this location, as suggested by a family member in Calgary. Best ever! Veggie Samosa and veggie and paneer pakora.
We take for family and friends, they were all devoured each time!
This is our place to go from now on. Suggest you definitely try this place out! Hence the five stars. We have tried many East Indian restaurants over the years. Samosa Factory beats them hands down! We are from Edmonton!

Ordered chilly paneer yesterday especially for my son and wife with less spices and it was amazing. Exactly what my wife and son was looking for and not to forget thr aroma of desi ghee.

Great samosas. Can call ahead and order is usually ready in 20 mins. Really like the tamarind sauce they pack for the samosas.

I bought Veggie samosas and they were really good. We kept warming an eating them throughout our stay in Banff and enjoyed. There was a variety of other snacks but due to limited time I couldn’t buy more stuff but will sure go back once we go to Calgary.

Pakora had uncooked besan, no rush in frying. Nice methi taste which we don't get in Toronto pakora.

Taste good. But ordering is a pain.
I find it hit or miss.sometimes they are really good and other times they taste old.
I would recommend that you get the big / medium sizes cause it seems like those ones are fresher.
Butter chicken flavour was terrible.

I have good experience allover, but they are not efficient in taking calls, we have to go and order our food and then wait for pickup.

Awesome and pocket friendly shop.luscious samosas we just came from saskatoon and were so hungry.we ordered their lunch special (4samosa, channa and chatni) only for 6 bucks.and it was more than enough to disappear our hunger.must try out.

Girlfriend set me from Edmonton to Here to pick her up an order.

Best samosas in calgary, hands down! Veg is the way to go! I don't even like fish but the fish pakoras are BOMB!

These are by far the best samosas in Calgary! I am in love with the dipping sauce too! My friends love the chickpea curry that comes with the family pack. Just talking about them makes me want to go and get some.

I'm updating this review. I'm gone back to the Samosa Factory and try the fish pakora. Delish! Nice and spicy and perfectly cooked I'll definitely go back for that again

Have been a loyal Samosa factory customer for over 8 years now. I can confidently say they have the best samosas in Calgary. And on top of that great customer service all the time.

Bought Medium chicken Samosa from them today. Found a tiny black hair in the dough inside the one I was eating. I threw it away and checked the rest. Found another one inside the dough. I took a picture of it and threw all the samosas in the garbage. I called the owner. He started to argue and never believed. Owner's wife gave me a phone number where I could send the pic. I sended to her. Owner was just arguing and arguing with no apology whatsoever. Not acceptable! Unprofessional. Not going back ever again.

Very authentic flavour using quality ingredients in all the Samosa varieties and the curry chickpeas are fantastic! The online pick up is easy to use and they provide excellent customer service every time!

Without fail, Samosa Factory delivers good food and service. We loved how the samosas stay crunchy outside and piping hot freshness inside.

I would have given them negative rating. Bought samosas which were shockingly expensive, size was small and quality really below grade. I have never tasted samosas as horrible as these ones. Will never again visit this place. Save your money for something better.

Not as like expected taste, my home made Samosas are more tastier than samosa factory. Specially sause is so thin, have to soak it in to stick to somosa.

Frozen, not fresh. Poor quality overall. Plus they do not sell the quantity you actually want, and want you to buy the quantity they want to sell.

So I ordered Veggie Samosa pack of 8 for 8$ For the first time from your NE location. Customer service was awesome and samosas stayed hot till i reached home and had them. Overall experience was good but have few things they should take in consideration are as follows:
1) if u say 8 large for 8$ u should mean; honestly your large size is not near to any other large samosas in city; by large i was expecting a bit larger size.
2) Samosa Crust was over crunchy and potatoes were total mush; i got few Peas in bites though.
3) Salt was less to taste.
4) satisfied with quality but quantity (size) was below expectation.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming and always smiling so i would give 4/5.

The best samosas ever! We usually order them hot and they’re irresistible. It’s always the first dish to finish. We also keep a frozen bag in the freezer cause our kids love them. The frozen ones are easy to heat up in the oven or air fryer.

Love this place for some fresh samosas that they’ll fry for you as you wait. You can buy frozen ones too and have them later. Samosas come in different sizes which makes a lot of sense when you’re catering for a party. I find the veggie samosas tastier than the meat ones. There’s a small collection of sweets that’s worth checking out too. Place is always bustling with take out orders and you can see why when you try the samosas.

I want to be in a polycule with these samosas. I don’t want to leave my wife to marry a samosa but I have deep love for these ones that I feel the need to formalize. I’ll approach my wife about some sort of open marriage that allows for a samosa to be an equal partner in my life. I want these samosas to retire with me to the Virgin Islands and watch sweeping sunsets with me from Adirondack chairs on a beachside porch.

This place has THE BEST Samosas in town! They're tasty and very reasonably priced. Wish they were on "Skip the Dishes"!

Placed an order on NYE well before closing time and my order was Canceled 20 mins.before the scheduled delivery time. Extremely disappointing service by both Samosa Factory & Door Dash. Won't be seeing a refund for 7 business days.could've used that money to order from somewhere else. We had very hungry guests who were looking forward to the food. Won't be ordering from here again. POOR SERVICE.

I wasn't a huge fan of samosas until I tried them from The Samosa Factory and now I have gotten them from here a few times even served them as appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner and were a huge success.

Very friendly customer service, fairly quick turnaround time for orders, and delicious samosas. As other reviewers say, their party platters are great for potlucks, and they're very reasonably priced.

I will definitely be back here!
