The Shoe Company

I donated shoes and was denied because the shoes are dirty which are slightly used. 2 pairs of almost new Sorel toddler boots but with some salt residue from waling in winter. Ironic because when I checked the donations boxes, the rest of the shoes are super dirty, and well used. Not only I wasted my time but I felt the person was racist and unbiased.

Zero sales on the kids shoes during boxing week even though everything else was on sale at least 20% and the employees seem to think kids shoes price was good but it's not as kids shoes are the price of adults shoes. I used my points up as I doubt I will shoe at corporations who take advantage of customers. Very expensive for kids shoes.

Instead of asking me to donate please ask the ceo of the shoe company as they have more financial means then us working folks!

To whome may read this.please be warned this is my second pair of shoes I have order (will attach photos) and they are ruined. Do not but online with this company!
From the beginning I bought the first pair (blue and orange) and they arrived ripped and ruined. I ofcourse emailed and said that they were. Now, these shoes are no longer available so I was to return them and they would give a 10$ credit. I order a second pair of shoes (red) and they are ruined as well!
These are brand new products and they should never ever be shipped if they look the way they do.
Now, you may say.well then just go into the store. However, the sizes that I need were sold out and only online. That being said, if a company is selling a product brand new it should be In good shape no matter online or in store.
These shoes were a gift for the 2 children I babysit. They are vacation right now and I don't have enough time to return them AGAIN and have them back in time.
So buyers, please don't buy online from this company.you will be sadly disappointed. You work hard for your money and it should not be given to a company who gives ruined shoes.

I have a very hard time finding a wide width shoe. Though they have a small selection, I am unable to find one that suits my foot and my budget

Good selection of foot ware. Great prices, but not consistent between stores for the same shoes.

Horrible customer service and it was like pulling teeth when I had to return a pair of shoes. Wore them in my house for an hour and was actually accused of wearing them longer! I told the 2 guys I didn't appreciate being called a liar to my face, they actually laughed at me and told me they didn't say that! I will never be back, I used to like their selection etc.

This filled the void when Payless closed down. Reasonable deals on brand names. Not a huge selection but pretty good.

More than enough staff in the store but only 1 person on the checkout. I waited 20 minutes behind a woman who was seemingly arguing about the price of something and ended up putting down what I intended to buy and walked out (there was a line behind me of 4 people). I bought the shoes online from a different company instead.

Like this store, however, not much service - basically look yourself for style and size. Store clerks here are hard to find.

Lazy staff! They would rather walk around straightening shoes than help anybody, and then they wonder why people order online.

Very disappointed going here. Asked for Sketchers with high arch support and the guy had no clue.

Just waited all morning to get into the store which the door hours said it opened at 11: 30.hours have been changed to 12? I watched at least 13 people try to go into the store.

Great service with a very positive polite customer service! Would definitely go again! Great prices and customer service!

We had a young guy giving my grandson a hand. He was great, helping him find the right size and type for him!
