This company like most fashion retailers asks clients for email and phone number when checking out and it’s always the same story: I approach the counter and the cashier is all friendly and bubbly and as soon as I refuse to provide my personal information they instantly switch to upset and rude. Not sure if they get a commission per piece of information but you have to understand: the client has NO obligation to receive your fricking promos if they don’t want to. It’s not like you’re giving me merchandise for free.

Ordered shoes online, one of the shoes was dirty and looked like a floor model. I was offered an exchange and had to pick them up in store. Got there and the new shoes were the wrong size. The staff weren’t particularly helpful so I decided it’s not worth my trouble to shop here again.

Everything is fine service wise, but when they ask for an email, and say it’s just to store receipts, and I get 2 promotional emails before even paying I consider that blatant dishonesty. Stop asking for my email, there is literally no reason you’d ever need it.

The customer service at this store is honestly so lacklustre. There was an older lady working the floor who would only give me an occasional glare, not even verbally acknowledging me or even smiling, just watching as I found what I needed on my own. I got a bad feeling from her as she jumped to help other customers, but even once I flashed her a smile, I got no help whatsoever. At the till, same dismissive, rude attitude. I’m a student who works retail, so I understand it can be hard to deal with customers all day. But it takes two seconds and minimal effort to just be kind and gracious to your customers, especially when all they want is to find a cute pair of shoes. It made me uncomfortable, how miserable everyone seemed there.

There best part was David, he helped me try on a ton of shoes and was so helpful and friendly.
Had a great experience and found the perfect shoes because of him.

I didn't think there was any way I would find anything here last min for a funeral. To be real I was running on full crazy. The staff did not give up amd my and found me somthing suitable for my flight in 13 hrs. I probably looked like a crazy hobo and the staff was beyond helpful. I belive Pauline needs a raise.

The staff have been always been knowledgeable and have done their best to help me find shoes that fit. I have very wide feet, am rather specific about what styles I am looking for.

This store tends to have ok options for extra wide men's shoes, most stores I cannot find something that works for me.

I wasn’t able to find exactly what I needed so the staff helped me order it and it will be shipped to my house for free. I keep coming here for all my shoe needs and sometimes I get $10 off offers. Also a good selection in the discounted shoe section

Was here today. Customer service was horrible. This older lady with short hair, dirty blonde hair in color came up to us and asked, "What size do you guys need? " We have this in blah blah blah sizes I said we need this certain size and she said, "I just told you, we only have this size" very rudely and she started to rearrange all the shoes that we touched, the shoes that we touched and returned the way it was anyway. Then she goes, "the sizes are here instead of you opening all the boxes". Wow, we didnt even open all the boxes but of course some of the boxes we opened because we want to see if it's the same style we were interested in buying. She was totally rude and very discriminating. If the boxes are all nicely returned maybe by a robot she would not have a job right now! Maybe this store should start buying those working robots instead of hiring someone who hates their job! Too bad we will not be going back to this store for a very long time.

Ummm why are they closed at 8pm? Workers following people around store telling them they are closing in 15 mins. Wouldn't stop hounding us about it. Couldn't even shop. I showed up at 745pm website and Google says closed at 9. They kicked is out at 8. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected.
