Terrible experince, waited 3 weeks for a claim for my warranty. Was told that I would get a gift card in replacement for the product they did not have in stock anymore. Instead they offered me a product of crappier quality. When I asked where is my gift card that was promised, I was told they do not have the authority to offer me a giftcard. Worst experince at The source in my life. Have bought from other locations in the past and have had seamless experinces even when it got difficult.
I worked with Shrirang, Parker and Sanjay on getting a new phone with a plan. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They took time to explain everything and had a high level of integrity. I would recommend this store to anyone
Excellent customer service went in to get myself a new pair of headphones young lady named Rida helped me choose the best ones she was very kind & helpful was super knowledgeable about the products and helped me find it! Can’t return unsatisfactory product within 14 day window. DONT BUY DR. DRE BEATS from this store! They only told me after purchase I could not return my product if not happy! Uncomfortable and noisy. Falls out and hangs up on my calls. Terrible product terrible store and terrible policy! I want my money back for this product! $149.99 plus tax. Won’t shop at The Source ever again.
Really pushy salesman that can't take no for an answer and continued to bother about my phone plan after I politely told him I don't want to talk about that.
Due to some confusion and misunderstanding when trying to receive a Xbox Series X my original review for this location was only given with a one star rating. However; I am happy to update this review, and after communicating directly with the district manager for The Source, I can confidently say they took their time to reach out and remedy the situation which initially caused me some frustration and confusion. Thank you to the team at North Hill, and the district manager for The Source. It is obvious you value customer feedback and customer satisfaction.
Came in here looking for a new Galaxy watch and a micro usb-c cable. Upon got entry I was rudely greeted and closely followed as if I was going to steal something by Mohammed. I Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here? The store was small and didn't have much of anything judging from my short stop in here.
Went in looking for a pair of headphones, a young man named Shafiq was extremely helpful, recommended a new pair that were even better than the ones I'd previously bought in the past. I really enjoyed the service I received here. 5/5 Stars
My experience in the store was amazing. I like the way of customer service. Mr. Shafiq is an excellent person. He gave me best solutions for me. Easy to commute and parking available in market parking. I definitely recommend this store for your future needs.
Was in the store today and the new employee said he hadn't been trained to do returns yet because his manager was in close contact to a positive Covid case and had to start isolating today when he left his new employee alone at 1 p.m. Today. Say this isn't so because the store should have been closed, deep cleaned, and all employees tested.
My boyfriend and I were looking for a laptop for my mom. We passed one guy who did not even say hi. It took us maybe 10 minutes before the lady talked to us. Even if they had the stock that we needed, I don’t think we would buy from that store because of their worse customer service. Sad for a first impression.
Store is literally closed without any warning today. No information online, just a sign posted that says "closed for cleaning. " Super disappointing to have an unannounced closure as things like COVID cleaning precautions should be accounted for and done in a way that does not interrupt regular business operations. This is the only tech store in the immediate area accessible by transit, so it's doubly disappointing.

Staff were friendly and helpful with my $400 purchase of headphones. Once at home I realized the headphones didn’t fit in my ears (they were in the ear headphones) I went back the next day to try to return my expensive purchase, I was met with a policy that once headphones are opened they can not be returned due to hygenic reasons. I understand the policy, however I was never told this at the time of purchase. The staff were very professional in explaining this once I tried to return the item but I’m extremely unimpressed that I was not told this upon time of purchase. I am out $400 for headphones I can’t use.
Great experience with Khurram for wireless, got a phone at this location and he provided great customer service with cheap monthly plan. Would really recommend it to friends and family.
