My experience with Mrugesh was amazing! He was patient, kind and made sure to walk me through all of the available options before suggesting a few products & services that best suit my needs.

No sense of welcome into the store by a
clerk who sold me a universal charger too strong for my laptop which was, as a result of using his recommended charger, completely destroyed. When I returned the charger this morning this same clerk silently refunded the amount. He didn’t apologize for his mistake or indicate any concern that I was now out of a laptop, nor was he interested in learning more of why this happened. When I respectfully pointed this out to him, he begrudgingly, without any sincerity, said the word, “Sorry. ”
I won't return.

Sold me a Returned and Used Item as Brand New. Bought a controller from here, drove specifically to this store as they were one of the only places with it in stock. When I bought the controller home I noticed the manufacturer seal has been tampered with. Brought it back to return to the Source and they opened it in the store, to reveal a used controller all crudded up with someone else’s sweat.

Don’t know how a retail store like this can try to repackage returned items as new. Not how any other stores handle this stuff, places like Best Buy will send it back to the manufacturer or sell it as Open Box discounted. The Source seems to think it’s better to gamble with a customers time and money and hope they get fooled into buying a used product for new prices.

The gentleman who helped me was a good guy though and really nice. I added an extra Star for him. But I must make this negative review on principal, The Source should not be selling used items as new.

I was happy to find what I was looking for pretty easily. Lots of staff, but they didn't ask if they could help. They just asked me to leave the item I found at the till while I looked for another item.

I hate technology and sales but I needed a new phone. Vivek made the process very easy and simple. I didn't feel pressured and I am very happy with my new phone, plan, and the amazing service.

I would LOVE for them to actually answer questions. But they say things like cords are going to work, after I've shown them the picture or both pieces of equipment then I get it home and it doesn't work. EVERYTIME! Maybe there is a better Source but this one is local to my business and home.

Before it used to be them trying to sell me on a phone plan upgrade and f'ing things up and then me having to contact the phone company to fix whatever they couldn't take NO for answer for. EVERYTIME! That luckily has stopped.

But it's still super annoying.

I came to this store after having online issues with Virgin mobility and being advised to go in person here. When I first came in, an older representative immediately dismissed me and obviously did not want to be bothered, nor invest any time or energy in my problem. But a much younger rep (I think his name was Chetan?), very calmly and professionally stepped in and took control. Even though I wasn't a customer bringing in a sale or a commission, Chetan wasn't deterred by a confusing and convoluted situation that necessitated making multiple calls to Virgin reps on my behalf. He successfully resolved my issues with Virgin, and I am very grateful for his calm, matter-of-fact professionalism. (5 stars for chetan, minus 2 stars because of the 1st guy)

Can’t say enough about this place. Mustafa managed to save me thousands each year on my cell phones. Way more helpful then calling bell or using their online service. Had some issue with the switchover of the numbers but they rectified it as quickly as they could. Excellent customer service.

Best service ever! Walked in to get the best technology from the sales person. Mine was named Sabby. Great customer service and saved me money.

I had really good experience at The Source Southgate Mall with Dhav store manager. His expertise on the plans and different phones made it a speedy purchase and contract signing. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit him for great deals and amazing customer service.

Store Manager Dhav was ridiculously rude and mean. Due to covid and trying to avoid public places where possible, I was not able to return my item within the 30 day window (3 days late)

Dhav told me that I would need a doctor's note or covid test results if I wanted to be able to return my item.

Completely unacceptable, essentially every other store is understanding and helps with the social distancing. I will never return to this location and advise everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.

He does not take covid 19 or customer service seriously at all.

Wow this company makes no sense. Preordered the ps5 and we get an email to contact them regarding making an appointment to come pick it up. Call them and I get a completely different story that they’ll call us the day it arrives. The gentleman wasn’t even empathetic to my frustration just kept interrupting me and giving me the same lines his manager fed him. This will be the very last time I buy anything from this company.

Was helped by Sandeep. Very helpful and informative. Showed excellent customer service and I left the place happy and satisfied.

“Sandeep” at this location is the best sales rep, he is so helpful, he makes it happen for his customers, every time I went there never came back without a solution. Just ask for Sundeep.

Can't walk around the store for 2 seconds without being pestered by a sales rep. They're about as pesky as commission-only sales reps. Even got pestered twice in about 5 minutes by the same guy, after I told him I didn't need anything and was just browsing.

They gave me and my mum a iPhones for the best deal in South Gate so that was cool

They put up with my nonsense mum and her bs (she's still sweet just an ignorant immigrant)

We worked with a tall Indian in his 20's I think his name is was gurpal he was super patient and a good salesman

This place is trash. Every single time me or anyone else go to purchase something there they are somehow always out of stock. Even when the website says it's at that location specifically. And normally when a store runs out of a product they sell the display as the last one.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Their sale associate told us we could add 4 tablets for free due to our phone plan! He LIED! It's a 20 dollar charge for each tablet each month! If I had not checked in with the customer service of the company I would have been paying 80$ extra charge on the plan each month! I am extremely dissatisfied and won't be coming to this location again. You took advantage of our trust and you will not receive it again! We are returning all 4 tommorow and I will have a talk with the manager there! Extremely disappointed! How many other people has this associate lied to like this! He might deny it all as well! THE SOURCE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Service is maybe too good.every staff member asked me if they could help. I would rather go look for them. The cell phone guys really have to stop asking what plan I'm on every single time I walk in. But aside from that, I get what I need. The laptops and TVs are overpriced junk.not sure how they sell any if those. And memory cards are atrociously priced!

This one star is not for their product though it’s for their customer service and how the business is more important for them than providing a acceptable service to the customers. That’s the reason why many people try to buy online their needs, and not depending on these stores.

Very disappointing experience. The associated dont have any knowledge about the products and the answer to all my questions was "check the website it says on their". And the brown guy who was helping me. I'm brown too so I ain't bein racist asked me for unnecessary information was when I said I dont have all that he said he cant go through with the purchase and then the manager came in and told him he doesnt need all that for that particular sim card. They have very bad attitude and they dont wanna help

Helpful employees, very nice. Not that big of a store but very wide selection of items to hide from. You can find mice, keyboards, headphones and almost everything else that has to do with tech. And the atmosphere is really nice because it was just newly renovated.

The manager of the store is so rude. (Rawad is the name) Not even explained to us what exactly going on. He is only concerned about the store but doesn't care at all about his customers. This were the exact words he said. " I'm only concerned about my store, I don't care about you guys"

I went there to apply for the job and when I told them that I am an international student.
They said that we don’t hire international students. Their voice tones seems racist. That’s really unacceptable.
I hope someone take action against them.

The seller did a mistake. Upgraded a wrong phone and now we are charged upgraded processing fee twice and told him to remove the warranty charge each month but when I checked it they still charge me for that.

Worst shopping experience ever. If the price seems too good, then it is. The price tag of an item stated $29.99 but when it was brought to the counter the price was ridiculously wrong. False advertising at its finest. The customer service was extremely rude; they would not fix their mistake and not even a single apology. "Do you want it or not, " was said to me by the manager himself along with, "just leave him alone". Disgusting. If you were thinking about trying this place, just save your energy and do not.

The atmosphere does not seem professional at all. The staff stand around in their friend groups and talk to one another. They do not ask customers if they need assistance, you have to approach them and ask, which is terrible if you're already there to buy a product. Aren't very personable, especially when you want advice, opinions or clarifications directly from them. Store not entirely that clean either.
