I went there to get a phone plan and all i can say ia 5Star customer service from vincent, Denzel and Daniel.

Daniel was the most amazing sales associate I’ve ever came across. Very patient and hella attentive.

Big shout out to Mitchell, from the Kingsway store, who helped me sort out connection issues with my new iPhone 14Pro. Mitchell went out of his way to help me, even though I had purchased the phone from a different service provider. He demonstrated excellent service, courtesy and cheerfulness. This has convinced me that the Source believes strongly in good customer service - something I value highly!

For background info, I had first taken the phone to my service provider to trouble shoot and they said the SIM card wasn’t activated, then tried to sell me a new SIM card. Since the phone was brand new, they really should have provided another card for no charge. I was not impressed with this lack of focus on customer service.

Asked if I want an email receipt. I asked if they were also going send promotional emails. He replied NO. Within 3 days I received more than than 2 promotional emails!

I went in to browse and was greeted a few moments later by Vincent. He pleasantly answered a few questions I had, with clarity and full knowledge. I ended up accepting their Black Friday cell special. I later returned to see Vincent, where he apologized for being busy at the moment and turned me over to Daniel who helped me with the same pleasant manner. I had to wait around for a while, so I began browsing and ended up speaking with Mitchell for about 15 minutes about the cellular world. Again, very polite and informative. My complete experience in this store was totally enjoyable. A few days later I happened to walk past the store in the mall, when Vincent saw me and gave me a smile and a wave. I won't hesitate to give it my full recommendation and would give it 10 stars if it was available.

Kingsway mall - The Source - Amazing service

I was at the mall yesterday looking for flash drives. They were sold out of what I needed. The sales associate found what I needed at the WEM store. I was going to drive and get them

He told me it was on his way home and he would pick them up and bring them in the next day. He did just that

Not the store it used to be, went in looking for an electronic component and they no longer carry the small parts that we used to be able to buy, but if you looking for a a phone or music device they have you covered.

Don’t bother wasting your time, I called in to see if they had an HDMI coupler waited on hold forever never actually talking to a person. Has to be call centre service as this place is never busy.

Went in to purchase Earphones and got exceptional service from Vincent.

Whenever geriatrics need help with electronic devices, the best place to ask for a teenager (or young person's) help is The Source.

Save your time because there are better stores to buy the same stuff. The people working their seriously need to be taught what customer service is.

Paige was the employee who helped me, she was wonderful! I came in looking for my options to upgrade my cellphone. She told me what it would cost to upgrade sooner than when my contract was up, and she showed me what phones I could get in my price range that had the features and capabilities I was looking for. I never felt pressured, but always fully informed. Thank you Paige!

Wish I came here earlier instead of shopping at other stores. Got great help via their call center and in store.

Came here asking for a refund staff were very rude insisting I get a gift card when I repeatedly said no because they are low on cash.paige was the name of the employee a red headed girl with glasses trying to flip it on me and say that i am rude I have never been treated this way in my life by a store employee I asked to see a manager this brown guy with black over grown hair and a beard came up and said that he felt she was not being rude although her tone and customer service proved otherwise I told them I work in the customer service industry and no matter what I aim to please all my clients regardless the only option they gave me was a gift card why not ask me for a debit card? I had to bring that up to PAIGE who seem shocked I had one, then the brown guy who would not tell me his name for some reason he didnt have a name tag and he asked where i worked i am the customer you do not get to ask me these questions how damn creepy and unprofessional.

Training is sales only, no technical knowledge required.

People there don't know a router from a switch, and will sell you the thing that makes the most commission.

Your never going to get honest advice when they have no incentive to do so.

Everything is overpriced. If you need it today, go to memory express. If it can wait get it from amazon.

Nextech brand is all white labled stuff from china. If your not buying it from clearance your likely paying over 100% in markup.

Price match is a joke and they wont do online suppliers.

Avoid at all costs.
