I bought a pair of JBL ear phones at the Source in City Centre Mall two months ago. Just the other day, the right ear phone stopped working. I went there today to talk to the manager about what he could do for me. He was absolutely no help at all. The East Indian manager was very condescending and had a smile on his face the whole time he was talking to me. Apparently, he thought the whole ordeal was funny.

I paid $100 for these ear phones and expected a lot more usage out of them than two months. I will NEVER shop at the Source again!

Rahki was absolutely amazing today, she went through everything with me thoroughly to make sure I understood the phone plan and payment properly, she really out did herself!

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.

They were rude the other day. Did not put on their name tags. Did not know about any sort of laws. I'll only revert it back to the five stars after they admit to their failures.

The employee Salman, was kind, courteous and helpful, he helped me find the right mouse for my computer, and answered all my questions!

Great for what I need and helpful, but a little high priced and always pushing the extended warranty option.

Bought here some phone charger! Unfortunately it’s not working. Came back a week after for return. Sales lady (Khushboo) was rude to me. I came here quite sometimes other reps are really nice.

Very frustrating to deal with staff. Went in on wed to upgrade my phone, and staff was adamant I upgrade to a more expensive plan to a different provider. Then he didnt activate my phone when I left. I had to come back the next day and wait for close to a hour for someone to help me.

Went in to browse. Sales representative very helpful. Courteous, went over and beyond job description. Made sure all my needs were met. Very patient. A bonus, he got me gift certificate for accessories.

I love this store, always have the products i need. If you go there ask for MANISH! He is the MVP of the store, no doubt. Super helpful.

In store service is excellent. Online, phone customer service is a completely different experience and I wouldnt recommend it.

Great for earbuds when in need good selection other eletrictronics but haven't had the need to try any of them but friends have bought stuff there and have been happy with their purchases.
