Nice store, great staff. I have decided to buy my phone out and change providers. 3 hours later Bell rep called asking I left. I let her clearly know my feelings and decision process.

Bought a pair of ear buds there this evening. The two ladies there were fantastic. Very helpful, knew what they were talking about and were friendly. Great job!

Conner and Kailum helped me with a new phone and it was a very last minute thing. Of all places i have been shopping in my entire life, this has been the best experience.

The guys at this source store bring the meaning of team work makes the dream work more than words good job ya all keep it up. And the manager must know the place is in good hands when he don't be there.

Have to wait up to 3 months for just an Xbox controller to get it fix? I’ll die without video game. Please help. If I know that it would be just a fix and not a replacement. I would never gotten the warranty.

“Please let other people know that it just a repair NOT A complete replacement”. It a repair first than a replacement if they can’t fix them. Also let your costumers know that if may take up to 3 ******* months. ”

Now I can’t play video game.

The clerk insisted I must wear a mask although it was just me and him in there. The mask is a mandate not a law. I will not be back to shop. You lost my business.

Great service, even though The Source is much less about DIY components than the original Radio Shack, staff directed me to other companies that carried what I was looking for.

The staff was very friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. I will definitely return.

This place used to be a good place to get electronics. But the staff is so worried about your medical status.defiantly would avoid this place because there the only shop in alberta enforcing there ideas onto people.
