Warrantied a remote in november, still haven’t gotten back to me contacted them about it twice since then

My interactions with this location have been strange. When making an extended warranty claim for my purchase, the customer service reps were just rude, almost hostile. The warranty process on the company’s website was unlike what happened in this case. The claim resulted in a 2 month in house repair where the product was returned missing components. This repair lasted less than 8 months before breaking again and now the warranty period has elapsed, great.
Overall, the aggressive reps and warranty process was upsetting. Having been very happy with other locations, this might just be an isolated case.

Edit: some of the kind people running the socials for the source helped me. Thank you Victoria! There were different sales reps at the previously mentioned location this last interaction. Much more approachable and they provided a warranty solution that wasn’t “buy a new one”. Thank you for the help
