I would give this a 1 star or 0 star if the associates weren’t kind and easy to deal with. Spoke with two gentleman at first, the main one assisting me was newer and learning but doing an absolute great job considering. He knew a majority of the answers to my questions and the other associate was there to help in a good manner.

The manager started out fairly decent, not stellar by any means. Then as the main newer guy was going through the system and inputting my information and remembering the steps she (manager) was helping but in a manner I wouldn’t expect. Imagine a know it all attitude without giving proper care or help. Stuck with me the wrong way. Fast forward to bell wanting a large deposit which is fine except I mentioned Telus was okay with $40 for shipping when I started looking at a phone at home. I didn’t have the time or want to wait a week or two for a phone to come in. This lady has the audacity to rudely tell me if Bell wants a deposit everyone will.

Needless to say I went 500 meters away and got a new phone with $0 due upfront and received a $100 gift card. Not only did this lady who manages the place not treat a customer with decency, she treats her staff like garbage from my perspective and then says a statement that was incorrect in a know it all way which she was wrong about. I went back to buy a case and screen protector solely for the sake the new kid was trying and deserved to earn something but again if it was not for the sake of the associates I would never have been or ever go back.

Anyone looking for a new phone give Telus a try before paying $400+ to Bell.

Every time I have gone in the staff has been so knowledgeable and helpful.dealing with switching my phone over and the issues I was having with that they were so patient. I appreciate having a person I can talk to face-to-face. They also made me laugh and feel comfortable I don't know a lot about tech and they took time to show me! I will be back for sure!

Devon and Heather did an outstanding job, going above and beyond setting up a new phone plan. Will come back for the knowledge and customer service!

My husband and I were in yesterday & purchased a new phone (with Bell service). I had been up for not quite 20 hrs and I was a little b*tchy, very sorry! The customer service was great & we purchased a few more things, I hope that made up for my attitude! Highly recommend this place & all the great service they provide!

The staff at the Source are absolutely amazing! They were able to smoothly transfer our cell phone numbers to a new plan and were able to get us a wonderful deal as well! The customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend them for any cell phone related issues. Thanks again!

Visited this location Friday Apr 14/23. Was doing some comparison shopping, gathering info on adding another line to my cell phone package and additionally my contract had just expired. Devon greeted me and gave me the quick details I was looking for. Then started to dig a little deeper to see what offer may be available. I was ready to move on to another retail outlet when his co-worker/ manager made a few suggestions. He looked at a number of ways to make things meet my budget. Eventually I just said to myself, I’m not going to go chasing a deal somewhere else when these people were clearly doing everything they could to make my budget work. Can’t see myself getting this kind of service elsewhere so let’s just get it done. Done it was. Service was outstanding…. Like it used to be everywhere. Glad I made the visit.

I went to this store yesterday just to get one specific item. As soon as I went into the store I was greeted by Devon, and he asked me if there was anything he could help me find. Right away he helped me find the item I was looking for, and brought me to the till to ring up my item. Long story short, we ended up talking for another while about possibly changing over my cellular service. He was not pushy at all, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me get better service as well as save some money. Even after I told him I was interested, but had a contract with my current provider. He told me to come in or call if I had any questions at all and they would be happy to help me. I am extremely happy with the staffs eagerness to help and overall friendliness. I find living in a smaller town, you don't see this very often anymore. I will definitely be returning to shop at this location.

There's not too many places these days that focus entirely on the customer. From the first moment you enter the store a representative will be ready to help, and make honest suggestions for your needs. I ended up switching from Telus to bell, Heathers team made sure to get my 6 accounts switched over flawlessly. But because they were very specific needs for my account her team worked with me and spent a solid few hours to make sure everything would get done without too much trouble, while at the same time all workers in the store made sure to find me the best deal available. I don't think I've ever gotten a better deal buying 2 new phones and still able to bring 4 more over from Telus. I have had that account since 2009-2010, and I'm very happy with the new change, not really because I went to bell, or the phones I got, I am just happy that I can count on getting the things I need without awkward poor service. Bottom line everyone in the store is on the customers team. I would recommend shopping at the source for all your electronic needs. Shop local shop The Source!

Went too get a monitor that is on sale and sale ends tonight and there closed 30 mins early.have pics with time stamp too prove. What store does this? During Christmas season shopping too boot. The real kick is I can't buy online as it's a in store sale only.making a complaint with the source aswell that's not right.better get my monitor on sale so frustring having too drive so much for 1 iteam
