Hashem was very knowledgeable and charming. We got in the mall for just 5 minutes just to browse for my wife’s school laptop. And voila! He offered us the best laptop with great specs at an amazing price. He’s like a psychic. He already knew what else we needed that time. He also offered us affordable network provider plans. Give this man a promotion. We will definitely come back to share his deals with our family.

The manager has no idea what he’s doing and staff is clearly not trained properly. I paid for for insurance on my AirPods and because the staff dont know how to do their job properly they just told me the insurance I purchased “was not official” so they can’t honour it. I ended up driving to a different source where they knew the policies and got me what I needed. Save yourself the time and just go to any other source other than this one.

We switched two lines to Virgin plus today for $40 cheaper a month, than what we were paying. This includes an Apple Watch and plan at a really good price too. Abhishek and Syed have been absolutely awesome! I will be recommending this store to my friends and I will be back! Thank you so much you guys!

My fiancé and I went in to find a new phone case. When we talked in and went right to the phone case display, Instead of greeting us or asking if we needed help with anything, the associate only said to us “just order it on Amazon it’s cheaper”. We found that incredibly rude and left immediately after even though I had noticed a case I wanted to purchase.

My experience on september 5th with Abdullah was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain and provide assistance. Service of this caliber is very rare these days and I really appreciated him for it. I will be back for sure for any other tech needs.

I had a bad time the last time I came to this location, but today I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I was greeted warmly, and the gentleman helping me found exactly the cable I needed I was looking for one to plug my old headphones into my tv and I was unsure about any of the names he helped me and made the shopping trip very easy

Best customer service we’ve had! Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and entertained while waiting to complete our purchase. Thank you Mutasif for the coffee! Elmaddin made sure he gave us the best deal. They did not have the phone we wanted in store and Abdullah went all the way to Chinook mall to pickup the phones for us. I was in need of a new cellphone and came to The Source. I was helped by Devin who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He provided me with all information I needed and was not aggressive or pushy at all. I highly recommend coming to this Source.

My daughter and I were looking to get new phones, both of us using Bell with her being a recent addition to my plan, and had gone to South Center to check on prices, etc. The Bell store was not much help, so we decided to check out The Source, initially for a new monitor that was also needed. Fortunately for us we were able to deal with Abdullah when we noticed iPhones were available there. He was/is exceptional in all aspects of mobility including knowledge about Apple phones and all aspects of connectivity for Bell. We were very impressed and decided on getting her a new iPhone 13 which she is delighted with. I will be going to see Abdullah in November about a new phone when my plan is up. Great job Abdullah!
