I went in the other morning to get my husband and myself new phones and plans 4 days after my phone broke and Telus was being ridiculous. The girl that helped me was Jean. She was so patient with while I figured out my stuff (as I didn’t have a working phone). She helped me get the best deals possible and was so kind and patient while I had 3 kids in there with me under the age of 4. Would definitely recommend taking your business here. Both lady’s were so kind. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Had excellent customer service when my old Sony phone died. I am a Virgin customer and was helped with the purchase of a new Samsung S22.
