Placed an online order and it said it would be ready within the hr and I get to the store the 3 staff are on there phones doing nothing and my order was not filled. If you’re going to offer that service you should maybe actually do it instead of wasting time no wonder the source is slowly becoming obsolete if I wanted to wait a day for my order I would I have order next day delivery from amazon.
Mujeeb gave my husband and I the best customer service we have ever had while purchasing our new phones and plans! He was super helpful and knowledgeable and he worked with us for 2 hours to sort out carrier system issues and get us the best settup. He made sure it was all working smoothly and was incredibly patient through the whole process! We cannot be more grateful for such a good experience. Thanks Mujeeb!

My experience with The Source is good and bad. I've been shopping there for a while now and they have some good stock, but sometimes not the greatest customer service depending who's there. My review today will be about their customer service, warranty/ replacements on items like these headphones I bought back in 2021 and how they handled it both in store and at head office over the phone.
I had purchased these HRF 5021 headphones with bluetooth capability and after purchasing them I had also bought (two replacements) until 03/29/2024.it is 08/31/2023 today.
I went in store to get one of the two replacements like I had purchased when buying them hoping to leave the store with a new pair. Upon getting there I had showed them my receipt and headphones and kindly asked for a new replacement. They looked in their system and told me that they couldn't give me another pair, because they no longer have it in stock. Or let alone try the newest one up. I had paid $48.99 for the headphones and $15.99 on the two replacements. They told me they couldn't do anything to help me, but to only refund the price for the headphones and not including the replacement price. I was a bit upset, but tried reasoning with them to at least try and get me the newer pair closest to mine, plus my replacement price I had paid for. They told me they can give me a gift card over email (barely use email), so I said I'd come back another time to pick it up in the form of cash (because cash is king), I'd rather have it in my hand you know. So a few days go by and I get an email from the Source telling me I have a gift card of $48.99. So upon that, I called head office today and told them all of it, just trying to get all that I paid for. And they told me the same thing, didn't really help at all and they didn't care from the sound and tone of their voices. So the Lethbridge store location in the Park Place Mall, I'd recommend taking your money and time elsewhere. And if you're someone who takes care of your things like me, don't bother buying any replacements.
I visited the source a week ago, looking to buy an apple watch. Coincidentally, they had their back to school promotion which worked well in my favour.
The staff member Kelsey attended to me. As someone who gets really apprehensive about being oversold and/or undersold by sales reps in general, this young lady was very helpful. First, she had a demeanour that is very calming and made me feel comfortable. She was very informative, kind and extremely helpful.
In the end, I was happy with my purchase and for the first time ever, i bought the extended warranty because this young lady was kind enough to elaborate on the benefits. I ran a quick matrix with the pros and cons and finally went with the extended warranty. I couldn’t be any happier!

I had a terrible experience here this month. To me I believe the 3 personnel they have in here aren't competent enough and don't know their onions well enough. I was quoted 3 different prices for a phone. They kept changing the price while I ask them to go ahead with the sales they tell me again it's not the price they earlier quoted
After the third one I had them continue and they did a hard check on my credit. Yet they got stucked after the whole hard pull, They called their head office. I guess their head office told them dey got the price wrong again. I ended up spending over 2hrs in this store with no success. The annoying part is the hard pull that dragged down my credit score this month.
I am definitely not going there again.my worst experience I have had in a store.

I went in for an hdmi splitter for my monitors and the woman today made me buy a 3- portable switcher. NOT A SPLITTER I MAY SAY! 100% Never going back to that place, no one knows anything. I also had yo explain what a windows activation key is.
Last few times I've gone in there I've gotten really good service, however one employee (Zainab) is not nice to her coworkers and I thought maybe she was having a bad day the last time but this time she had a super bad attitude and was rude to my husband. I've generally just walked out everytime I've dealt with her unsure why she chose to work in customer service based on the treatment I've gotten. Really unimpressed with her, I'm not sure if she's generally super blunt but this time it was very obvious she has a bad attitude. However, I've never had a bad experience with others there!
Zainab was very helpful while I was in the store in assisting me in finding what I needed! She even made sure to check to see if I was eligible for any discounts!
Went in to upgrade my phone and Zainab was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful with finding me a new phone and getting everything set up efficiently, despite being the only employee working in a busy store.
I went to buy a phone there and met an amazing employee named Helga. She was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her conversation was extremely grateful. She got me the best plan ever, and I purchased an IP14Pro for a truly excellent price. Even though I wasn't sure where to go at the time, Helga saw my confusion and guided me in the appropriate route.
