The Source. Remember when it was Radio Shack? It's still always good for cool stuff. It is not crazy expensive.

Beware of SCAM! The guy working at 3 PM on December 20 tried to rip me off. I was buying a computer monitor cable for $17.99, the total came to almost $20 which didn't add up. I added it up and it should have come to $18.89 with GST. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that the total includes a 1 year extended warranty that he AUTOMATICALLY added on without asking. I told him he should ASK people if they want something added to their bill, not just add it on and hopefully it goes un noticed. This isn't acceptable behavior at all.

Osman was amazing! Patient and knowledgeable assistance as I purchased my new phone. He transferred the full content of my old phone and stayed well after closing to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't be happier.

Not even worth a one star, went in to check out some head phones and they were all standing around talking to eachother, couldn't be bothered to say hello or ask if I needed help, didn't acknowledge me at all. Seems like all the source stores are like this.

We spent over 4 hrs trying to get a wireless headsat working. In the end we went with a different one because we realized the intech was not working. A HUGE shout out to Avery and osman at sherwood park store fore their patience knowledge and time in helping us with our issue. These guys we amazing!

Darpit is amazing! He sold me what I needed not what I thought I needed. I spent 50% less as a result. He educated me on data for my iPad and what I was over paying on. He provided me exactly what I needed.
Checked for an upgrade on my iPhone, seamlessly transferred my data.
He put my protective screen on my phone.
I told him I’d go to the food court and wait. He had another offer for me for protection and he walked to the other side of the mall to ask me. I will continue to purchase all my electronics from Darpit at Sherwood Park mall. He’s also very polite and efficient and really knows his stuff. Thanks Darpit. Yes I bought the iPad too!

Go to buy a ps5 from this location. They have inventory available. Staff member looks at me weirdly then looks at his co worker as to decide what they want to do. They decide to lie and say there's no ps5 available.

If you are looking for friendly service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend visiting the Source in Sherwood Park Mall! We originally came in and talked to Parth about bringing our phones to a new plan since our phones were only a year old. He gave us a few different options and didn't pressure us to make a decision right away which we appreciated. We thought about it for a few days, came back and Birpal and Kimberley helped us. I was impressed by the staff's communication with one another since Parth had told Kimberley about us and she was familiar with our previous conversation with Parth. We ended up saving money in the long run by getting brand new phones and a plan that worked best for us. Birpal and Kimberley made the switch so easy for us that we didn't even have to go to our previous provider to cancel. All three of these staff members greeted us with warm smiles and were very knowledgeable about all the different plan options. They were patient and kind with us as we took time in store to make our decision as well. My husband and I are so happy we made the switch and look forward to returning to this store in the future!

Purchased new phones from Kim and her team. We received excellent service and I am very happy with the new phone plans. She was able to offer other perks that my previous cell phone provider would not offer, so for the same monthly price, I got way more value.

Worst customer service ever. This was the first and last time I will ever make a purchase at The Source. The manager would not give me the time of day. Take your business elsewhere - somewhere who cares about their customers and quality of products and service.

Poor service wrapped in a lack of knowledge about the products. Individual "assisting me" had no idea what i was looking for (a basic rca cable), rambled when "explaining" the product and then branched off trying to sell me a phone for no reason at all.
