Fantastic experience buying a new phone today from Linettez today. She was extremely helpful and patient with providing all the information and the best price. This is the best experience I have ever had in a phone shop. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed having a problem with the upgrade of a business plan. We did everything that corresponded with the delivery of the cell phones before the date and when we returned the second one according to the instructions of one of the sellers on our next bill, it appeared charged $290. We called Bell and they made us go to the Store to find a solution where the Manager gave no sign of solving it. For its part, we do not receive any document when we deliver the cell phone since we do not have to know what their protocols are. I do not recommend their after-sales service to anyone since both Bell and The Source pass the ball to each other and at the end it is the customer who pays the consequences.
If there is a zero star I will assign it for you. Very good selling but very bad finding solutions.
Now we have to pay 290 extra and the cellphone disapper and nobody know where ended up, insteresting right?

Yesterday I went from Lake Louise to Banff to obtain a broken part for my Apple MacAir. Fortunately I had Linette help me find the required item. She was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful in overcoming an annoying problem caused by Apple. What more does one want as a customer! Truly, she should be a treasured employee and given an appropriate raise for her exceptional service. Thank you so much Linette. (By the way, the part worked! Problem solved!)

Halfway through listening to pricing from another competitor that day, it occurred to me that the security and assurance I’d received from Linette was of more value than the money I could have saved through other businesses. Dont let you return a broken product at the store, takes no product responsibility what so ever. Now I need to spend 2 moths going threw the process online instead. Removes the main reason to buy stuff at a store instead of online, the instant service you get.
