The Source

Was just in the store. No one greeted me, the 3 employees were busy complaining about the store. I wandered around trying to find what i was looking for for about 10 minutes before someone finally asked me if I needed help. She made it very clear that my 'yes' answer was interfering in her work? She then proceeded to tell me that what I was looking for doesn't exist.
Someone needs to let staff know what good customer service is. What I experienced certainly isn't.

I had a great experience on Black Friday. Even though it was a busy night, Shahab went out of his way to help me change my current plan in a way that I wouldn't be charged extra. To top it off, he even followed up with me the next week to make sure that the promised refund was credited to my Bell account. I really appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service.

The workers all judge you for based on how you look. Went In there wanting to buy something that was locked up, every single worker I tried to ask for help from just looked at me and just ignored me and proceeded to help only other people who were interested in getting a new phone plan.

Went to return an apple watch I was dissatisfied by. The employee at the counter lied and said there was no refund on the product. Showed him the website and he refused to acknowledge it, called his manager who also said return it. Then he pretended to do me a favour by returning it. Super arrogant attitude. Either the website is lying or he is.

The team here is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out on more than one occasion

I dealt with Manish on a few occasions, and he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Even when I returned with issues, he went the extra effort to help me resolve the issues and was courteous and understanding.
Hamza and the other workers were also very diligent and friendly.

Needed to upgrade two iPhones and Carleigh the manager was so amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure our account got the best deals and made sure we were taken care of properly. The Source had a better deal than Bell did. Doesn’t make sense but would highly recommend The Source at Market Mall. Professional and friendly.

I wanted to try out a headphone before buying it. And its not working. And no matter question I ask for the customer service his answer always “I don’t know, maybe”
Arguing the brand company didn’t install the demo section properly!

I would like to give a huge shout out to the CF Market Mall in Calgary store employees. Shahab who was simply marvelous, understanding to what I needed. But they all went above and beyond, 100 percent customer satisfaction. I highly recommend it for all your tech needs.

I went to the source to get my phone upgraded from an iPhone 12 to a Google pixel 7, the store associate Mili was extremely helpful and ensured that i was given the best service possible. She made sure that i got the best deals from a good carrier. Overall the experience was so great that if i could give you guys 6 Stars out of 5 i would!

I had my phone stolen and needed a sim card swap. These guys patiently waited on the phone with me to help me out. I would most definitely get there help again.

They have great customer service. I showed up to a different location to buy a new video game but they unfortunately were out. But that location asked this location to put it on hold for me. I showed up a few minutes later and they had sold out. Except for the one they put on hold for me. Great service! They didn't have to do it but they went above and beyond. Thank you!
