The Source

Spent a lot of money in the last month or two at this location. They want to ring you up and get you out and don't ask questions. Had a 25.00 gift card promotion at Xmas after you spend so much. Owner entered my info said it would be emailed to me along with my receipt. Never received any emails for either. On next visit I asked about it and he said well must have been the wrong email and I can't help you. You'll have to contact The Source yourself. He made the mistake.

Sell sell sell, then nah it's your problem. I'll be staying away from The Source from now on.

Sandeep is the man to visit at The Source in Fort Saskatchewan. He is very knowledgeable about everything and anything electronic or cell phone related. Customer service is 10/10. He gave us his cell number and replied afterhours to questions I had and made sure my family got the best deal on our new cell phones and cellular plans. Highly recommend Sandeep!

On Friday, Sept 2-2022 I went into the store for a power pack for my phone…going to the Stadium concert on Sunday
Well…Sandeep Mishra told us about a great deal on a new phone he could give me…so I did…upgraded to an iPhone 13Pro…he transferred all my stuff over to new phone & got me started…his service & knowledge was outstanding!
(I still needed to use a power pack…my daughter bought one just in case)

My partner and I were in desperate need of new phones and we had the best experience with Matthew P! He was extremely knowledgable and went out of his way to find plans and new phones that would suit both of us and took the time to explain the plan details to us and answered all of our questions. The whole process was quick and painless and he had us in and out in no time. It was the best experience either of us had had when setting up new phone plans and we're so grateful! He also sold us a new modem and our internet has been flawless since he recommended it. We live in Edmonton but will definitely be making the trip out to Fort Sask to see Matthew for our future purchases.

Terrible service went to buy a iPad one worker was on the phone the whole time the other didn’t have a clue about anything circling around in the store multiple times no stock for cases or screen protectors don’t buy from them

I bought a $200 set of earbuds for Christmas. I opened up the package and couldn’t fit them in my ear so I took them back to exchange for a different type and was informed that no earbuds or headphones can be taken back once the package is open. It would’ve been nice at the time they took my credit card to tell me this. I took back earbuds a couple years ago at a different store and no issue so that will be the last time the Source sees me as a customer

Good little store, they tend to have things that the bigger stores are sold out of and give price match without problems.

Extremely bad service, clerks very ignorant about medical mask exemptions and refused to give any service at all to people with exemptions despite the local covid bylaws including that type of exemption. Do not shop at this completely intolerant store.

STEER FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Went here to get a samsing tablet case and screen protector. Samsung case list price 79.99. Staples two seconds away has it for 55.99. They say they can price match. Go to the counter with the manager whom I'm dealing with (chintin). Go to pay and manager asks his employee (Wylie) how to change price to match staples. Employee says he's not price matching because there is no stock in fortSaskatchewan. Theres stock in sherwood Park and edmonton which i literally comfirmed after I left this store. This is an absolute joke to customer service and how to retain a customer. This place deserves to close pretty much re affirms not to shop local. Called visions on the Southside of Edmonton where I recently just made a big purchase. Talked to the guy I dealt with and explained the situation. He price matched it and it's left at the counter for me to pick up on Monday. Will go out of my way to make sure no one shops at this specific store.

Chintan provides very excellent service, we are not satisfied with Telus service.

Was busy so the service was a bit lacking but dont blame the staff they were very personable at least. Love the boneless johnny cash and hotty yacky wings with a side of death sauce sooooo good. Juuuussst go on wednesday after 4 pm it is a little costly especially if u want a brew.or two

If I could give zero stars, that’s what they deserve. Bought 2 - 7th generation iPod touch 128gb for Christmas for my kids. They assured me they were both 7th generation. My kids open them Christmas morning and both are 6th generation. Thanks for the $760 screw over for 2 devices that are useless after the iOS 13 update. DON’T deal with this store. Very disappointed with the dishonest service I received.

Well they will never get any of my business again. My daughter went in to the store asked the sales guy for a microSD card for her Nintendo Switch. Well got home she opened it and was not even what she asked for. I took her straight back not even fifteen minutes pass had passed and they refused to take it back cause it was opened. I understand the store has policies, but my daughter has Autism and is on income support so now she is out 54.99 and doesn't have the money to get what she really needed now. You should employ people who listen to what the customer wants and not be so quick to make a sale. Never been so disappoint to see how customer service is gone so bad.

Which I could give it zero stars. Went to go by a micro SD card for the Nintendo switch but some incompetent salesperson sold me a regular SD card. When I got home and opened I realized it was the wrong thing. But when I went to go return it, they don’t return it because “it was already opened” Like this place just hires random people off the street with no background for anything electronic. Never doing business with them again and I hope this store goes under ASAP!

Not only they refused to do price match, they said online stores or anything of the sort is unacceptable, even if the brand store is cheaper. Poor customer skills and they don't know what they are doing.
Never going there again ever! Rather go to other retailer than The Source. They don't respect their own guidelines, better change employees

The service was the best we have had. Zain waited on us and was excellent. Didn't catch the other employee there but observed his serving a couple as good service. We will be back.

We were stranded in gas station nearby because car key need new battery (one of those things where I don’t pay attention until I need it). I walked and went to several store in this area, only this store who able and willing to help out. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank to him, we were able to drive home
