I went to buy iphone 15 pro max Plan and was recommended to buy it in The Source Shop in Millwoods Centre. I was attended by Mayuri, she was excellent, explaining everything patiently and clearly. Gave me a very good deal, and i am one happy customer. I give 10/10 for customer service experience, will definitely recommend friends to use this particular Source store. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Well managed and organised.prices are too high compares to other stores.it shows as offer rate but it seems like they are likely twice higher than the actual price.

Just was in this location and I was just looking around and sale guy kept following me. Told him I was fine just looking than he stood right there watching me. Guess this store doesn't trust anyone. When I shop I don't like people just watching me.

I bought a tv last week from here. Mr. Prashant helped me take measurement of my car to see if it will fit. He was very considerate of us, even though we had to wait for them to assist us. Commendable customer service on Mr. Prashant's part, very friendly too!

Ingrid helped me getting a phone plan and new phone and she’s fantastic! She helped me all through out the process even putting the screen protector on the new phone. That’s one example of excellent customer service. I’m happy and very satisfied with her service and the manager, Chintan was also very supportive with his employee. I highly recommend this branch! I went 4 different locations of mobile store in Millwood mall, no one helped me for my phone issue, thanks to source team they went above and beyond to fix my phone issue and they also gave me very nice phone as per my usage.

I came here at Virgin I was looking for a good iPhone so I met Parth here at the store who showed me all kinds of iPhones and was very polite the whole time treated us like their own family being honest probably the first best service by employee. I would give his service a 100 Thanku

The staff were very courteous. But it was a very confusing experience.
I went in there for a M1 macbook air. They told me that there was a $200 back to school sale going on for the particular one. I was so happy. Plus that we will get a gift card of $200 because of my parents taking up a Bell plan on their insistence. We shook on the deal and went off to get my mums phone. After we had returned, they gave us the gift card alright but changed words on the macbook deal. They told me that there is only a $100 off available. Anyway, we felt bad and returned after placing an online order with the person there. I could have gotten a better deal at best buy.

It's sad that an employee can't even be bothered to take out his airpods when addressing customers.

Customer service seems to have gone down the drain at many source stores i have visited lately. Apparently, you can no longer browse any of their stores. I totally get that COVID measures are in place and store capacity is 25% percent, but when you go and are told by associate that you can't browse when absolutely no one is in the store seems a little awkward. No reason given as why I couldn't go in at 10 am in the morning (when they open) to look for something I wanted to potentially buy is completely absurd to me. The associate was extremely rude with his approach. If you're store has protocols in place, it's not hard to say "hey you can't enter the store because. ". Took my business to best buy and was more than happy to pay more for what I wanted and where they know to respect customers and have covid measures in place

Was having trouble with a screen protector that I bought the previous day. The guy says i didn't follow the instructions and when I said that I did he said that if I did this would not happen. Thanks for calling me a lier.

The store is clean. The policies around covid19 are very clear. Arrows on the floor. Hand sanitizer going in. Limited patrons at one time. But the best part? The staff. They are very helpful and resourceful. They help out in making the best decisions. I continue to go back to this location for that exact reason. And it being safe during this uncertain time. 5 stars isn’t enough but it is all I can give.

Employee named Miraj needs customer service training, that was so rude of him and not at all co-operating.

Friendly staff, prices can vary from very fair to a bit expensive. The Source has its own brand which is of good quality. Don't knock it till you try it.

The staff doesn’t have quality customer service, they constantly pester customers with their promotions that they offer. Their like bad cars salespeople. If you decide to purchase one of their offers make sure you take the time before signing anything. Example cell phone service, deal get a free android tablet or two. Fail to mention a $20 data charge each month plus extra add ons. Dirty car salesmen. READ THE FINEPRINT.

Are they commission based? They make it sound like they're giving you a deal but compare the price for exactly same item with other stores first.

Poor customer service. The sales guy who cashed me out was bit rude and had a attitude problem, because I declined his offer on extended warranty. I work in sales too, this is not how customer service works. I believe the name I saw on the tag was "MIRAJ". I have been to this store before, I always had positive experience. This is not a big deal, he could be having a rough day, but if you are working, someone has to be professional at the work place.

Really bad experience with price match. I went to this location to do price match on phone case. First of all they told me that they don't do price match with vision at all. Than that same item was on sale at bestbuy but then they told me again now there policies dont allow them to do price match with bestbuy. They should have mention that on their website that they don't do price match it will save customers lots of hassle and time. But i think i was lucky enough rather than giving them my money i got way better deal on walmart. And customer support is even worst they cant understand their on policies written on their website. Highly recommended for someone who really wanna experience or learn about worst customer service and support.

Most rude staff here, I can't even believe how mean they are to customers like asking them anything is a huge inconvenience. They spend way too much time gabbing to help you. I drive all the way to Southgate Mall for a good Source.
