The Spa Ritual

Had a massage from Vladimir and he was one of the most effective massage therapists I’ve seen. Typically, a massage therapist can’t provide consistent and/or enough pressure for me, but Vladimir did. He was very in-tune with my muscles and worked incredibly hard to help release the pain and tension I had in my back. At the end of my treatment he made suggestions for what type of massages would benefit my specific concerns. I will definitely book with Vladimir again

I had the pleasure of seeing Chris for some Botox and filler in November, he was very professional. Chris and I discussed what I wanted to achieve and he explained it all step by step. I am extremely happy with the results that I will be booking again with him. I definitely recommend Chris for anyone wanting a positive experience with Botox and fillers.

Wonderful esthetics, customer service and decor. Everything you expect from a spa just a little too pricey in my opinion for what you get.

The Spa ritual is a unique, beautiful spa with advanced facial treatments. Had a hydrafacial with Simona, and it was the most relaxing facial experience. I appreciated how she explained the treatment steps. (I was even late for my appointment & she didn’t rush). Bonus: I was able to pick up vivier skincare line products as well. Will definitely return & highly recommend for a high end spa experience!

The facilities are incredible, they have really thought through the spa element and make you feel welcome and calm. Nattikan is a highly talented masseuse, I had been searching for over 2 years for a masseuse that treats pain and not just a massage to sore muscles but she really works to the core of my pain. Wonderful all around!

I've been going to this spa since it opened. I used to go very regularly. The last three or four times I've gone have been really disappointing. The only reason I still go is because my daughter keeps buying gift certificates.
Manicures and Pedicures are great! Expensive but great.
I've only had one really good massage in the last few years and that was done by Christopher.
The last 3 facials have been mediocre at best.
First of all, the estheticians are rough. They scrub your face between applications then apply a hot, rough towel to your face to wipe you down before the next application.
I used to fall asleep during facials as they were so relaxing and calm, the last 3 have left me frustrated and anything but relaxed and happy with the treatment.
I usually don't write critical reviews but after multiple times, being disappointed in the facials and massages in the past few years, I just thought I had to. You spend too much money to leave feeling disappointed over and over again. I guess I'll just have to let my daughter know not to buy gift certificates there anymore.

I generally just book standard massages. Spa Ritual went so far beyond that. It was an entire experience. The locker rooms were beautiful and having a sauna for after the massage was absolutely lovely. I also highly recommend taking a few minutes in the stone chairs after any treatment. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other stuff they offer.

Went in for the grounding Thai foot massage and lemongrass back scratch. The front staff were so nice, the changing room has a infrared coloured sauna that was so relaxing to sit in. I also loved the heated stone chairs for waiting for my massage.

Jesse was amazing. The massage was great and so relaxing. She let me smell a few of their oils and pick which one I wanted. It was definitely relaxing and calming.

Make sure you show up early or have time after your service so that you can enjoy all the extras like the sauna or heated chairs.

The spa was quiet and very, very clean. Greeting at reception and tour of locker room was friendly and warm. I liked that the sauna is in the locker room, so not co-ed. Lovely, large showers with a great assortment of amenities (shower gel, shampoo, brushes, feminine products, hair oil, etc). The tea, lemon water, and snacks were delicious. Services were amazing - especially the facial and lemongrass scrub by Kim. She has such a lovely, calm demeanour, and I appreciated that she asked me if certain things (ex. Covering my eyes) was okay during the treatment. The smoothie at the end was a fabulous treat! Will definitely be back.

Highly overpriced, no wifi, the young woman did a great job on my brows, but the ambiance is terrible, my massage fir the $$ not good, only got the back part of my body done, no cucumber water offered, no hot stone chairs, at least I was not shown how to get to it, seriously overpriced.
