We cannot say enough about the positive experience with Spa Spot! We shopped around for a year, we were not rushing into any purchase. In the end, The Spa Spot provided the best price (by far compared to some), best information, and best tub options for what we wanted - a more therapeutic tub experience - we are in our 60s. There was zero pressure to buy - the only place who did not pressure us in fact. We appreciated the patience in answering ALL our questions. The install team was fantastic and efficient. As we get used to our tub, The Spa Spot continues to answer questions and to help us! Make sure you go to The Spa Spot if you are considering a hot tub!

There are a few you can fine elsewhere for cheaper, yes, but they're VERY basic. And there PLENTY more expensive but they don't have any significant features or anything vs.these.

If you're talking about getting a well equipped tub for good value. This is your place.

Outstanding every step of the way. We purchased our hot tub 2 years ago and love it. So much we could not leave it behind when we sold our house. They helped us to move it out from old house to our warehouse for storage till our new house ready for its final resting spot. We can’t wait to be in our hot tub again very soon.

Bought a tub in 2018, friendly sales staff, great delivery and set up team. When I had questions regarding restarting after having it empty for the summer they helped me over the phone. The other day I noticed the tub was at 68 degrees so I restarted the breaker. When I checked the next morning it said Tub too hot. We turned it off for a few hours and tried to reset but got the same error. I called just before close and left a message. I got a call back the next day, and I was told the most likely cause was the filters were clogged and not allowing the water to flow as freely through them and pushing the heated water out of the heating tank fast enough. I bought new filters and my tub is working as it should. I was rotating filter sets and soaking in the cleaner, but obviously needed new. It’s nice to know they will try to help first before charging service call fees.

All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. I was blown away with the ergency that was placed on getting my hot tub delivered and installed. The quality of the hot top is among the best. While other hot tub company are still promising hot tubs in stock, unless you can see the hot tub dont fall for the speech like I did at first. Spa Spot walked the walk and talked the talk with their selection. I will be back to Spa Spot in the future for sure. We purchased a swim spa from Spa Spot after having some negative experiences at other spa dealers. They were honest, provided fair pricing and honoured their delivery times. We are very happy customers. Spa spot has great customer service and they have been incredibly helpful with the initial hiccups we incurred as first time spa owners. Been dealing with the wonderful folks at Spa spot for years. Amazing service, honest pricing and great product. We can’t be happier with the service team from set up to repairs. Made a call on a Sunday to make an appointment for our tub tripping the breaker. Not only was I contacted Monday morning but they were out in the afternoon and prevented a disaster. You can’t go wrong with Spa Spot.

I've never dealt withThe spa spot, however I just watched the commercial, You guys are adorable! A way more enticing commercial would be a hot tub bubbling and grandpa talking directly at the people, not above our heads. After the virus I can't even remember what fun a spa or hot tub looks in action but I remember how relaxing. Good luck guys

Installer couldn't get out of my yard fast enough. Tub was not levelled correctly, electrical got screwed up as well.

I went in seeking advise on fixing our 21 year old hot tub that was poorly manufactured by the other guy down the street. Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful in troubleshooting the problem and offered to have parts ready for pick up the next day. At the end of our long conversation about troubleshooting our tub he said with a smile “you can always fix the problem for good and buy a new hot tub”. Next thing you know a had him showing me a used spa spot hot tub that he and his team had completely refurbished. It was beautiful. Kyle took the time to show me all of the great features of the hot tub that we never had on our old tub. After a quick discussion at home, we closed the deal and had the refurbished hot tub delivered and installed. The next day we noticed one of the jets had fallen out. Kyle and his team were quick to supply a replacement at no charge and give detailed instructions on how to install it.
It’s been working rock solid ever since. When Candice says “we want to do business with YOU” in their television commercial, I have to says yes, “YOU really want to do business with them! ”

Just received our new hot tub, too new to provide feedback on the product but so far so good. John and Aden where awesome. They spent a lot of time helping us get sorted and they spoke highly about the product and their employer! Very satisfied!

Kyle and his team are top notch! We had a problem with our tub and he sent a technician out the next day and fixed it easy peasy. We bought a hot tub from Spa Spot in Oct 2018. Great company to deal with. We had looked at multiple other dealers, but the low pressure sales and friendly atmosphere made Spa Spot the place we chose to do business with. Tub was delivered and set up within a week of purchase. We had 21/2 years of trouble free use. Recently, our lid had started to deteriorate. We went back to Spa Spot and were able to get a new lid delivered on the same day for a great price.

Have had our tub for 3 months now. Have had no problems with the tub and we just love it. Only had a couple water care problems being new and not knowing a couple calls to Kyle got it sorted out that day over the phone, been easy ever since. Great sales team with no pressure followed up by a great install and service team. I was worried how they were to get our tub in the back yard but they got it in with some crazy ramp building. Great job Kyle and team.

We were recently SCREWED by another spa provider in Edmonton. We were waiting 8 mos for a tub that never even arrived. On the day of our expected delivery after a lot of disappointment, we researched other hot tub dealers and landed upon the Spa Spots page.

We texted them through their number on FB and within 2 mins they texted us back. The store was closed as it was after 6pm hours but they had someone from the family there in 30 mins and opened up the store for us to go through their tubs. Another huge bonus about this company is you can actually SIT in the tubs where as a lot of other dealers you have to buy them from the brochure only. My husband is a large guy with a tall torso and has a hard time fitting into most tub bucket seats so this was a huge plus for us. Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was honest and sold us the tub that he would personally buy for himself, not necessarily the most expensive one. After explaining all of the tubs to us for 1.5 hours with no rush and no pressure to buy, we were completely relieved that our nightmare was over and we felt so confident with our decision to pull out of the other deal and go with Spa Spot. There were no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just straight facts.

They had the tub we wanted in stock already (their warehouse is HUGE) and were able to deliver the tub within 3 days! They also have multiple financing options that all the "BIG" dealers have.

The delivery was so smooth. They had no problem lifting the tub onto our 24" deck and even hooked up the final electrical for us (the other location wouldn't hook up electrical, you had to hire your own electrician to be there for delivery). They explained all of the chemicals and made sure we were 100% confident before leaving. Throughout the night we were texting them about other questions we had and they always responded within 3 mins! We had a glitch with our bluetooth connection and Dallas from service was at our house on the same day to fix a simple issue. AMAZING.

I promise you, you will not find a friendlier dealer, with better prices, delivery times or service in Edmonton. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL. Recommending them to all of our friends and family.

My elderly Father has decided he wanted a hot tub so we went into Edmonton to look around. We stopped in at the Spa Spot and met Kyle! Kyle is a great character and very knowledgeable. He spoke with my father to understand what he wanted and took the time to explain all the features of the different models. Kyles passion and honesty had me sold! After a second pit stop at another dealer we went back to see Kyle and seal the deal! I will post a second review once the tub is delivered and installed but I expect a smooth professional experience!

My wife and I went to a place in the west end to shop for hotels. Told em our budget and that really only wanted jets and some lights. No radio, TV, flamethrowers.

We were constantly being diverted over to the Kardashian type tubs and away from the simple tubs we were actually interested in. I even made the comment "it's clear you work for commissions here" when all the tubs we were being shown start at 7000$ OVER OUR BUDGET!

Went to shop at Spaspot and what a difference! Told them our budget and features we would like. They showed us what they had that may work for us. Never mentioned once that we should double our budget and buy a Kardashian series hot tub or forever regret it like the West end store would allude.
Make sure when shopping around you make this one of your stops. Will be pleasantly surprised with the difference

Wanna give a big thank you to Kyle and the staff. After shopping around the wife and I returned to The Spa Spot, and as we pulled up Kyle was just leaving. He came back into the store, and with Peters help we had found the perfect tub, 2 hours later! Ryan delivered it a couple weeks later, and despite the weather we have been using almost every night. We found The Spa Spot had the best selection of in stock, high quality tubs around. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is one of the best experiences owning a hot tub compared to any other hot tub company out there. When I was shopping for another hot tub at other companies it was like a used car sales man and they could not give a straight answer to me for what I wanted for remove and replace my old hot tub for a new hot tub with like hidden extra fees for delivery and removal. I purchased my new hot tub last year from a great team at the Spa Spot. Had some warranty work done in a very fast manner with no change and I'm from fort Saskatchewan. My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub for sometime. We visited many other dealers before The Spa Spot and even had a deposit down with one of the "bigger name brands. " To our surprise, the "name brand" company told us that it was over a 30 week wait to get our tub so a friend referred us to Kyle and his team. After walking in, we could already tell that this was very different. There were no pressure sales and we could have a genuine conversation without being upsold on absolutely everything. Peter was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. Believe it or not, Peter actually talked me into getting a cheaper tub than I was looking at because of what I told him I wanted to use it for. Kyle also talked me into a different colour shell which I was hesitant at first but once it was delivered and installed, it was absolutely the right colour for our backyard and furnishings. Once we got our Spa delivered, I called Peter probably 50 times on the first day asking questions and he answered them all with no issue. This was one of the best buying experiences we've had. Also- our tub has a ton more features than the competitor we had a deposit on and was thousands of dollars less. You can't beat that! Amazing experience purchasing our hot tub from Kyle, Candace and the Spa Spot family! During a time of Covid and being stuck at home we like many others decided now was the time to make this purchase. We went to all other hot tub dealers in Edmonton and then to Spa Spot. We started our search originally 2 yrs ago and found all other dealers had increased their prices because Covid had the sales up.we were shocked that the hot tub we loved 2 years ago was the only one that was the same price currently. Kyle and Candace didn’t increase their prices at all even though they could have and still sold just as many tubs. The service in store and delivery was amazing and easy. The Spa Spot is definitely the place to go. Drove around Edmonton on boxing day to find out that 3 of there competitors were closed. Drove to the South side and glad we did. Walked in with the intention of just looking and left with one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. James was amazing with understanding our needs and wants in a hot tub. Kyle and Candice were very accommodating of our 3 children and made it easy for us to feel comfortable while making a choice on a hot tub. Delivery was next day and Dallas the installer explained every function of the tub and how to maintain water quality like a pro. Bought a hot tub from them approximately 2 years ago and it had a couple of issues. Kyle has contacted us and he is sending someone right away. We had a little miscommunication but they are going overboard to fix it. Originally we purchased the tub because of the ton of knowledge Candace has, she is great. Thank you guys for calling back and working to make it right. This is how business should be done. Update Jan 2020. We had another issue, Kyle was answering phone and calling while away in Mexico. He helped over the phone and then sent his service guy out right away. They got tub fixed up, called me to confirm that they addressed everything, and then followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. True customer service, we highly recommend The Spa Spot. Don’t typically leave bad reviews. Was recommended by a customer of theirs to inquire about what I need to change the hot tub to just shock it and put eco-clear in it. I called in and chatted with a lady who said likely need a UV light system upgrade. Gave her everything I was looking to do as well as the model of our tub as well as the model of our Balboa spa pack. Waited approximately 2 weeks and no call back. Called back in again and talked to someone else. Gave them all the info again and would wait to hear back. Still no call back a second time. Would’ve loved to do business but never heard back.

Kyle sent a tech to our home after our heater crashed in a hot tub we didn't even buy from spa spot in -25 weather to save our tub from freezing up and being completely useless. Thanks Kyle and the tech that came to freeze his but off to save out hut tub.

My wife and I were shopping around the city for hot tubs. And by far the spa spot was the most informative and helpful when it came to choosing a tub that suited our needs. Kyle encouraged us to go to other stores, as well as do more research on tub design and efficiency before even making such an investment on something we might not be happy with. We certainly didn’t get the salesman feel from Kyle or Candice, they truly do care about you and your investment. From the follow up calls to make sure the tub is functioning it’s best to the condition of your water. They truly have taken the time to ensure we get the absolute most out of this. The spa spot. This is the spot to purchase a spa. Our shopping experience was long, second stop was at the Spa Spot and we quickly returned to the store that day. The show room was nice lots of tubs to view. Larry and Kyle were very informative. We have a young family and after hours of shopping the kids were welcomed with toys and balloons. The staff continued to help us and ensured we were taken care of. Now the experience hasn't stopped after purchase. Being first time spa owners water levels is a new experience for us. Kyle has taken all our calls and text and his promise stands our water is sparkling and we are enjoying the tub every night. Thank you Kevin for the set up and answering all our questions. I have to say this is the best spa place I have ever heard of. Kyle in Edmonton is great to deal with. In the spring me and my girlfriend went to look at hot tubs and when we walked in to the spa spot we meet Kyle and we told him what we whiner looking for. He showed us exactly what we wanted.he did not try to up sell us in any way, Witch is nice not to have some sales guy being pushy what so ever. We asked a lot of questions and he was happy to answer all of them and gave us a lot more info than I had expected. So we decided to buy from the spa spot and we had gone though finansing to get it. The people in that department was great to deal with and got things done very fast. I had called spa spot to get some help with some electrical requirements and Kyle had some one who knew all the specs call me with in 15min the cool thing it was Sunday at 8pm. A few days later they came to deliver the spa and it was not a easy install and the delivery guys where wonderful with all that they had to go though to get our new spa in to the place we wanted to. They made sure that they could work with our schedule. After the install the took the time to explain every thing we needed to know and left us a book full of mantic items with explanations. I have had other hot tubs before and by far this has been my best experience by far. If I talk to any one this place in my opinion is the best place over all other places. I will say since spring we have had issues and when ever we had day or night they have always been their for us, They define above and beyond.

I had an issue with my hot tub yesterday. I called Candace who sent their service manager Kevin to my house within 1 to 2 hours. If you are unsure like I was when I first started looking for a hot tub rest assured you will not be disappointed buying one from this company. Kyle and Candace are really good people. They are so accommodating, professional, friendly and give amazing customer service. I love my tub and so happy I went with the spa spot. I normally don’t write reviews but they definitely deserve a five star rating.

I believe the first words we heard from Kyle at the Home and Garden Show after “Hello” were “How can I help you make the best decision FOR YOU about a hot tub”. It was a pleasure to talk to Kyle, having him share his knowledge about Vita Spas and have him offer the winter sale price for a delivery at the end of June! And, he made owning a new tub even easier by hauling away our old hot tub as part of the deal.we have been hot tub owners for 10 years. Thanks to Candace for her coordinating and administrative help. Thanks to Kevin and team for the delivery which accommodated our busy schedule and came through on time and set up in less than two hours! Finishing off at the Home and Garden Show we left owners of a new hot tub and with positive feelings of knowing we got a great deal! I was in the market for a swim spa last year and had narrowed it down to a couple places. We decided to purchase from the Spa Spot. I have to say that this was the best decision we have ever made. This past winter we hadn't winterized our swim spa properly and all the pipes ended up freezing and bursting and the heater went as well. I had phoned Candice and Kyle immediately and they had sent out Kevin to have a look. I was so stressed because we had only had it for a year and I didn't know how much everything was going to end up costing. Kevin came out right away and I explained what had happened. Without any hesitation Kyle had told Kevin to fix the swim spa. Kevin had stayed late till the evening to get the pipes fixed and came super early in the morning (to work around my schedule) to get the swim spa running as good as new. There are other companies out there selling the same products some are less some are more but I have to say, they are probably the best company I have ever dealt with. Honest and hard working people and care about their customers. When buying a swim spa, you not only need to look at the product to ensure that you're getting a really good quality, but I now know also that after care is so important. If I could give more than a 5 star for this company I really would. I could not recommend them enough. If you are in the market, please go and check them out.
