The Sunridge Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I went in today after waiting a day for my meds. I was on my way thos morning to pick them up and was told to wait till 2 so i did.
I went in there and the man was telling me they didn't ha e all if them, I simply said this may be an issue but when I transfered here I asked if this kind of thing was going to be an issue because I go away for work and I was told no.bit it has actually constantly been an issue and wow he cut me off. He sorted yelling at me telling me to transfer. How he would be happier if I transfered and he was going to keep my mess.
Well I was actually talking g to my wife and the whole thing was recorded. I am not a big fan of other pharmacies cause it cost mire when you shop out of boredom.but this was the worse way I have ever been treated in my life.

The gentleman in the picture is the man who will be reported to the college.

Well thank you to Randy and especially Konrad for there immediate attention to this.although I am still disappointed and disgusted for being treated the way I was they indeed help rectify the situation.
In the future I will for sure tell people that it is a pharmacy that stands with their patients and I hope in the future the other staff will take a page from their book and treat all clients with the same professionalism no matter what PRESCRIPTION you take because they don't always know why it is being used.

They give us time frame for 20min, but it took 1hr to get the medicine maybe next time you have to considered we have also something to do,

Everyone at this pharmacy is so nice and very willing to help. I needed to get a compound prescription done. I was helped by the pharmacy assistant when I first came in and then Conrad (the Pharmacist/Manager) helped me afterwards. Explaining how the medication works with details. I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I would recommend this place to everyone. They seem to care about their customers needs

Always friendly service. Clean. Never wait more than 10 mins for prescriptions. Quick friendly service. Would recommend and will continue to do there.

Went in today for the first time to fill a prescription for children's ibuprofen, which they had in stock over the counter. Thank you to Konrad Chan, the pharmacy manager, for being so incredibly helpful and friendly. He took a lot of time to explain the proper dosage and answer all of my questions. Definitely recommended.

This is the best pharmacy around. Conrad is a great pharmacist and great leader to his staff and only employs the best I've been with Conrad 11 years and won't ever go anywhere else
