Amazing service, they treated me and my wife and both our vehicles with respect! And there coffee is great!

Been buying tires here for the last couple years. By far the best prices in town and service.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Got me back on the highway and on my way. They were even fairly priced.

Had a blowout on my semi truck. I was able to drop in and get fixed immediately. The guys were friendly too

Aaron and his team are amazing! I had an emergency situation where I needed 4 new tires on a Saturday, but I showed up after they had already closed. Aaron called his guy back in and they had them replaced in no time. Always super friendly and accommodating every time I’ve dealt with them.

Had them install a block heater I provided. Works as expected and no hassle. Price was reasonable and market rate

Some comments to improve service:

1. Please ensure that your customers are well-informed that you go on a first come, first served basis. We are new in the area and relied on your high reviews so my husband called and booked an 8am appointment for Nov 7 (during the call, he was not informed of the FCFS policy) We arrived on that day, asked how many hours for the service to be completed and we were told that it will be within the day since there are vehicles already queued in before us. If we knew that, we would have tried to come at 7: 30 to ensure our vehicle was queued in earlier. We heard another customer say he/she had an appointment as well and only then learned that you go by fcfs.
2. Please only give truthful reassurance and ensure your customers know the facts (especially if their winter tires that were supposed to be fitted for the appointment were not even in your shop). We were assured several times (when we arrived, at lunch time when we called, and at 2pm when we decided to go back to the shop) that our vehicle would be done within the day. However only at 4pm after 8 hours of waiting were we informed that our tires were not yet delivered so it could not be fitted that day. To give a context of the hassle it had caused, we missed an afternoon appointment in Calgary on that same day, we have waited 6 hours in Wendy’s and another 2 hours in your shop and it was a cold snowy day to be walking around and all for nothing. We understand that it was a busy time but the service could have been better if from our arrival or around lunch time we were informed that our tires are not yet in store and it may or may not arrive during the day so we could have decided for ourselves to wait for it or come back another day when our tires are surely there.

Anyway we came back after 5 days at 7: 45am, when our tires were surely in stock and because our vehicle is already tagged after waiting 8 hours from our first appointment, we only had to wait for 2 hours. On the bright side, the winter tires fitted are of good quality and price. Thank you for getting our vehicle winter ready.

They helped my daughter out when it was really busy, but they went out of their way to get her winter tires mounted! I will be taking my business to then in the future!

My boss asked me to bring a work truck in for tires. I had never been into the shop, but had actually heard a lot about Aaron & his shop prior to. Now I know why. This is customer service.holy smokes! I needed to wait for the truck and they treated me like gold. Seriously! By the way other customers responded when they walked in, it showed that my experience is the norm around here. This work assignment today for new tires was a gift for me. Who knew? Thank you boss, and thank you Aaron & staff!:)

We have dealt with The Tire Shop several times now. Always have had a great experience. They go above and beyond to make things right and fix things you may have not even known about. Support local and save a buck. Sounds like a good deal to me.

While I have used them in the past, no way now. Bring in a single passenger tire OFF the car and they want $27.05 just to balance it. They are now insane if they think they can charge that kind of money.

Travelling home & car tire blew on the highway 2 km outside of Olds. Wonderful Ken from Hustler Towing came & took us over to Aaron & his team at the Tire Shop. Extremely fast and friendly service that got us on the road again after our RV tire blew out, as well as the baby's diaper.

We came from BC for a skipping competition in Olds, AB this May Long Weekend 2019. Just past Golden, we were going over a bridge when the muffler suddenly got exponentially louder. We decided we needed to have it checked out. A mechanic in Cansmore told us it was safe to continue to Olds, but once we got to Olds, I immediately sought out a mechanic to help us determine if we could return home after the competition. The first mechanic place we went to recommended stopping here.

I am so thankful. Not only did they get us on the road again with the assurance that we will get back to Penticton, they also made sure the rest of the van was safe as well - they replaced the two front tires with used ones they had at no charge and kept my bill to a minimum, asking only that I pay it forward.

My sincere thanks to these amazing people. I will absolutely recommend you to anyone who wants to listen.

Great place, friendly service, and very helpful. I went in there yesterday to get a screw out of a tire on my work truck. I was turned away by 2 other tire companies because they were "too busy" to take a quick look. I called The Tire Shop and they got me in immediately! Being in the courier business, I needed to get it repaired ASAP. An absolute wonderful place to get work done! Thanks again for the great service and friendly demeanor.
