I went to the treehouse to have a bouquet made for my boyfriends birthday and it was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was amazing, and they had a cat! Sara helped me put together the bouquet and it was a quick, easy, and painless process. The bouquet was beautiful and I would definitely recommend the treehouse if you’re looking for great service and great value.

I was driving by and saw the flower shop I wanted to get a beautiful bouquet for a housewarming gift. The gentleman there had said that the floral designer had just left for the day but he was awesome. So helpful I wanted to pick my own flowers and and he was so pleasant and kind and did a great job at putting them all together and picking the right vase and staying within my budget. What I also like was there was enough odds on each flower that they would open in a couple days so you had a good mix of bloomed and not bloomed. My friend absolutely loved the flowers I recommend the freshness of the service that I got if you're looking for a beautiful bouquet.

I used The Tree House Flower Shoppe to deliver flowers every few months to my great aunt who was in a care home. The website is easy to use, and the bouquets were always beautiful. Although my great aunt has passed on, I wanted to express appreciation to the service that allowed me to deliver a bit of colour and joy to her life.

My son has been gifting me with flowers for years. They are always beautiful and last! I have ordered online for special occasions for collogues, never disappointed. Door crashed at 9 am on a Saturday and met Elvis and his elderly lady friend (dogs). Very friendly place to treat your family, friends and coworkers.

I'm very picky and this is my go-to Flower Shop. Fairly priced with superior arrangement ability. I normally do custom bouquets as a walk in customer and they always look fantastic.

I go out of my way to come here specifically when I need flowers for any occasion.

They went above and beyond - a shining example of customer service! I ordered a sympathy bouquet for delivery and foolishly did not double check the address. No matter, as their delivery person took the initiative to call the recipient, get the correct address, and deliver the bouquet in a timely and professional manner. I can't thank-you enough for your efforts and will definitely recommend Tree House in the future!

Shop local! Just had one of the most fantastic and wholesome experiences at this quaint little flower shop. I felt like family while this beautiful bouquet was arranged. We'll certainly be back and thank you for making my girlfriend feel so special!

Absolutely in love with this flower shop! I’ve had the pleasure of making bouquets with several of the florists here and they’re just artists. Stunning bouquets and an amazing experience every time! My husband got me a bouquet from here when I first moved to Calgary and we haven’t strayed since.

I would not recommend the order and delivery service. Money is taken at checkout on the website site instantly, but no flower delivery received and no email received explaining the deficiency or shortage issue. Waited 2.5 hours for delivery, to find out they didnt have the supplies for the arrangement? Come on.

I won’t attempt to get anything here ever again and unfortunately I can’t recommend this business.

I will consider taking down this negative review when I get my full refund.

The owners could have not been any kinder. I was volunteering as a decorator for a charity gala and last minute the florist I had cancelled. I went to the Tree House Flower Shoppe a couple days before the gala and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They ensured that I would have more than enough flowers for the event. They did a demo with me to ensure it looked aesthetically well and donated beautiful flowers. The owners and staff showed me compassion and were amazing. The staff really cares and takes interest in every customer above and beyond. I am so thankful for finding such a sincere business. I want to give them a big thank you on behalf of myself and the charity for helping making the event happen.

My mother (who is in Ontario) trusted Tree House to send me a lovely arrangement. They did accomplish this, however when the flowers started to die within days of receiving it, I called to ask for proper care procedures. I spoke with someone at a call centre in the USA and he took a message and said someone from the shoppe would call me back. That was a week ago. Still no call. Quite disappointing. I've referred my mom to use Fleurish Flower Shop in Lakeview in the future.they never disappoint.

The flower they did for my Mom’s Celebration of Life were amazing.
I gave a few descriptive words and that it needs to be colorful and what they created was truly more than what we imagined.
We will order flowers from here again!

This is by far the best flower shop in Calgary. Wonderful flower selections, family owned and operated and great prices and a wonderful dog & cat to great you!

I popped in on my way to visit my friend and was greeted first by a cat, then a very friendly florist who helped me choose the right arrangement. For a fair price. The dog came over to say hello as well.

I would like to thank Earl for his excellent customer service! From bad experience to an awesome one! Story: Got my flower late (7.30pm) on mother's day where i need to buy a new one expecting they had mix my order. EMail in and Earl was very professional, respectful and understandable with the issues i had. Didn't expect his above and beyond customer service after that! I hope the management read this and reward you accordingly! Because of this small touch differentiate you and other competitors. Not only sell items but provide great experience!

When you call from Florida to place two orders for flowers going to two lovely nieces, you can never be too sure of the results. Both girls were delighted and the bouquets were exactly the lovely colorful joyful and fresh arrangements I would have made myself as a florist. I will keep this contact for any other family in the area.

In December, one of my close friend lost her dog unexpectedly. I ordered flowers to be delivered to her house. Unfortunately, I ordered the flowers not knowing she was out of town until later that day. The delivery person made every effort to try to deliver the flowers in person. My friend asked the delivery person to deliver it to another family member's place while she was driving back home. Unfortunately, the family member was not home. She gave another address and no one was home.again. This delivery person ended up driving back and forth all over the city, driving to three places. In my previous experience, I have had flowers delivered in front of the house without knowing in the freezing cold or the flowers being left at a random neighbor's. I just wanted to thank you guys so much for making my friend feel better. The best part was that she was able to keep a few flowers alive for another month or two (super impressive). She quite enjoyed them. I know where I will be ordering flowers in the future. Thank you so much:)
