The best customer service! I have ordered a box of stuff and they emailed me to let me know that two of the things were unavailable. They offered the money back or allowed me to pick some new items. Responded fast, shipped fast and easy to use! Love this company!

Beautiful location, overlooking some amazing outdoor arenas. A little chilly in the winter but if you're used to being in a barn you won't even notice.

I purchased two saddles with a few other pieces of tack. One online and one in person. Unfortunately it seems to be a fairly common issue for online items to have double entries in their system. The western cinch I paid for online was sold in store. The person I spoke with was extremely apologetic and resolved the issue immediately. This is a small business and unfortunately; these things happen. The prices are really great for used tack, my only complaint is that it always seems as though there's never enough to look at (I may have an addiction to buying and browsing tack at this point)

The staff are great with letting you browse and help if you have questions. They're friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to both english and western tack. I wish they had more items on the western side of things because of the great pricing, however it also helps me to avoid bankruptcy so I can't complain too much ;-)

Can't get a hold of anyone, have to chase down the money you are owed for your consignment items. Moved to a really inconvenient location. No communication to clients.

The response from Tudor, on this public forum was the most unprofessional response from a business I have ever seen. To "quote " me from some boarder, which is heresay, and to try to drag my name because you don't like the review I gave is also unprofessional to
the highest degree. As a customer I have a right to disclose my displeasure, if you don't like it, don't allow public reviews. What ever happened to the customer is always right?
Sorry that I find your location inconvenient, and that I pay you a portion of my consignment, yet I have to do all the work to get my money, I sell my tack through your store to make it easier for me, which I find it's actually harder and I lose money anyway, that I don't like some your policies. It's completely inaccurate to say that I waited in the stables, I waited on my tailgate outside, there are witnesses, isno worries I won't darken your doorsteps again.

I always receive kind, pleasant service here and have consigned many items with them. Items sell fast and I like how I am able to view my balance online and put it towards purchases. The store is clean and well organized with new items at great prices coming in all the time.

Would give zero if I could. Unhelpful. Ordered a blanket online that had already been sold in store, was told it was "accidentally put in the system twice", and refund would be issued promptly. Took nearly a month and 5 phone calls to receive said refund. So scammy on consignment items. Severely discount consigned items without talking to consignor, does not contact when items are sold, ignores when consignor requests item be pulled and put aside until they can be picked up (unable to due to moving, and then covid - item still sold at SEVERELY discounted price even though consignor asked for it not to be). Takes forever to recieve money from consigned items, instead offers in store credit. Does not check soundness or quality of items before selling. Had stirrup leathers break on first mount, seen saddles purchased from there for good money with broken/twisted trees. Absolutely unimpressed, would never recommend to anyone. Used to buy all my tack here. Sad to see how downhill it has gone.

I love this place, high quality tack for an affordable price. Both English and Western saddles available. They also have a trial period if you want to try a saddle before you commit to buying it. I've purchased 2 saddles here and would buy again!

I have purchased 3 beautiful saddles, 2 bridles, clothes, dog supplies and horse care products at Tudor over the last 2 years. I've also had tack repaired and altered. Being able to trial tack to be sure it will work for you and your horse is the best! I love that the store has moved online as well, it's easy to search the webpage from home to see if they have an item before purchasing new. I have started consigning my child's outgrown riding apparel, horse books and toys and I like being able to check online to see if anything has sold. My daughter likes to browse the store and use the credits to buy things for her best mare. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I haven't used these people yet but was hoping to. Unfortunately I work until 5 so I don't see it working out to become a customer. So my rating is only to make a comment I can't objectively great the store

A great selection of tack, apparel, and other horse-related goodies! Staff have always been super friendly. Consigning with them has always been a breeze, especially now with their website. Have yet to visit the new location (with the virus and all), but I’m looking forward to when I can.
