Limited selection of apples for happy hour. Good selection of drinks and inexpensive of the few places with a happy hours past 6 pm in downtown. The ambiance is good but this being the heart if downtown there were some iffy characters in there. Not the best spot for a girls night of drinks

Calgary classic. A good place for a party, not too expensive and has a great nostalgic and memorable atmosphere.

Rest little pub with lots of good atmosphere. Friendly staff and good pub food with some damn good Poutine!

Decent pub. Good service. Ordered the poke bowl and it doesn’t come with rice. So that’s a first, and won’t be ordering it again. Server thought it was weird, too. Hadn’t tried it yet and kitchen confirmed no rice. Who makes a dish like that?

This pub is a go-to spot for catching sports games and enjoying some beers with friends. They offer a diverse selection of draught beers, as well as canned and bottled options. With numerous TVs scattered around, you can catch the games from nearly every angle. However, it does get a bit crowded and noisy during game times, so be prepared to raise your voice if you want to chat with friends. But, hey, that lively atmosphere is all part of the experience!

The Unicorn Pub is an amazing venue to host a private event. The staff is incredibly caring and resilient. They will take care of you even in the worst of situations in their establishment. Their managment team will go above and beyond for you. Thank you Paul.

I had ordered roast beef meal for dinner. I have never had anything so salty in my life. People that were sitting next to me saw the disgust look on my face
Including my friend sitting right in front of me

Gentlemen on the right side looked at me saying that bad I said horrible

I made him try it he was like you have to send that back it’s way to salty

My friend said let me try it. Even he was disgusted and spit it out

Then I remembered. I saw a video how people send food back if it’s not good
To make sure they don’t get that same food back it by putting tons of salt on it

My guess is they gave me the food that was sent back and I am assuming that person knew that trick to pour tons of salt on food

Anyways I am absolutely disgusted

If you haven't been to this place, it's a must. It's the most boomin bar on Stevens ave. And it's not only one bar, it's actually 3 bars. One on each level basement bar is more live music chill area, middle floor is a sports bar and the upstairs a casual they host comedy shows once in a while stuff like that. But all 3 bars serve great food and service with a smile. Best bar on Stevens ave hands down.

Wings were OK. Beer was good. The service was awesome and so was the atmosphere. I'd go back and probably eat wings again

The stake sandwich needed seasoning. The server had to be flagged down for service. Not a great impression

The only thing I don't like is the amount of Football always on TV. Maybe that will change once NBA starts up! Either way, great spot. Will go back again and again and again!

The Unicorn has a reputation as one of the best pub in Calgary and it definitely lived up to it. Went for pre-concert drinks and dinner with a group of six and the service and food was exceptional. Lamb burger was a big hit with the group but my Rueben Sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. So great to see “real” pubs still exist!

I loved the old Unicorn and I love this one! I am always recognized and have always had awwsome service! 3 levels of entertainment, all a different vibe. Food has always been pretty food from what I remember!

Looked good, my 'crew' ate nachos, there were no gluten-free options for me.

Love the patio on a warm evening. The scenery was pleasant and entertaining as well! There was a pride event down the street.

My family enjoyed the food and service! Sean was such a great host we visited 2 nights while visiting in Calgary!

We came here for the wings and they are to die for! MUST TRY Roasted Red Pepper and Habanero Mango! They do non alcoholic drinks as well which I prefer. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent. FYI: Don’t forget to bring your ID just in case if you look younger than your age before they allow you enter:)
