The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. They understood exactly what I needed and I trust ups products to endure a plane trip much better than other regular stores. The price is a bit high but for a good reason, they will deliver what they promised. I’ll definitely use their services and products again

I recently visited the UPS store on 130 Ave. I was thoroughly impressed with Deborah's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was more than willing to assist me with my needs and definitely knowledgeable about the various shipping options available. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, and helped me choose the best one for my specific need & made sure everything was properly packaged.

Deborah was also very efficient and attentive throughout the process. The whole process was quick and hassle-free, and I felt confident that my package was in good hands.

Overall, I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone in need of shipping services. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my future shipping needs

I wish I could offer a higher rating but I was not to happy about the prices at this location it seems odd that other UPS stores are cheaper but this location only offers one price for printing and very slow turn around time. The lady I spoke with was nice but firm on prices which is a shame cause I was hoping to find a printing service that was ongoing for the company I work at.

As a shredding client with UPS, I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service team was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me through the shredding process.

I was impressed with the level of security that UPS provided.

Overall, I would highly reommend Deborah and her team at UPS 130 ave to anyone in need of shredding services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to security make them a top-notch choice

Instead of having forms where everyone can take them they make you wait for their obscene lineups to ask for forms then make you wait for the line up yet again. Extremely poor customer service even was threatened to get kicked out of the store for saying the forms should be where customers could access them and fill them out while waiting store clerk blamed management of this store

Went in today to send a package to Edmonton and Nidhi was INCREDIBLE! Sadly I have been to three UPS stores I’m at other locations in Calgary and was made to feel like an inconvenience. Not with Nidhi! She was a rockstar! She was helpful, went above and beyond to help me ship our package and I couldn’t recommend this store more!

I was in the store this afternoon and there was 1 lady working with 3 or 4 of us in line phone was ringing and the lady working was still smiling, friendly, telling people when they walked in right away she'd be with them as soon as she could. There was so much going on and I was just amazed at her positivity she was an absolute sweetheart, was quick and efficient getting people helped. There is no way I've ever had such great service from any store and possibly never will after my experience today

Just came out the store and found this USP store charge HST. Asked why, response is CRA requested. RIDICULOUS! Never be charged HST in Alberta, good to learn this. Will file a complain to UPS and BBB.

EDIT: Im doing this edit because of the completely unacceptable response by the owner. Instead of simply reaching out to see what happened and how your employee can be better next time you prefer to try to tell me what happened as if I wasn't the one who was there. So now I feel obligated to explain publicly.

I had a package delivered a few days ago and a slip was left on my door for pickup. I called and spoke with a person who clearly understands customer service who was pleasant and was able to let me know right away from the slip # that my package was there at the store and I could pick it up that day by 630 or the next day. When I arrived at the store the next day I dealt with Sophie. I let her know that I have a package to pick up and she asked for my ID. She told me that the package was not there. I asked how this could be possible when I called yesterday and they informed me that it was there. I didn't bring the shipping slip with me as I haven't needed it before and the package came from my bank so I was not provided a tracking number. Sophie spent about 10 seconds looking in the back for the package before coming back to let me know she doesn't have it and that I should find my tracking number. Instead of just going in the back to give a proper look or even doing a search in the system she basically told me "I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas" after watching me for 5 minutes scour my phone for any tracking number I might've been sent. Finally I had to leave and go all the way back home to find the delivery slip which was likely thrown out. I couldn't find it so I had to spend another half an hour on the phone with my bank trying to figure out the tracking number. Finally I was able to find it and was informed that the package was at the location. When I went back Sophie told me that it was misplaced because of my name not being at the very top of the slip. I can understand that things going wrong is out of your control sometimes but when you put in the absolute minimum effort to assist in any way to solve the issue that's terrible customer service and took an extra hour out of my day just to pick up a small package.

A few days later my partner had a package delivered and it was a similar situation, we had the slip but we're not sure if it was at the store but we wanted to pick it up as soon as possible because it was a perishable food item. When we used the tracking number to look it up online all it said was that they had attempted delivery but gave no indication of the whereabouts of the package. I told my partner I had called last time to check if it was off the truck and someone had let me know it was there. When my partner called Sophie answered and was immediately dismissive saying she was too busy to help and we need to look up the tracking number online because she has a lineup of people. She said 'i can't help you' about 7 different times and was confrontational when my partner asked why she has no time to type in 5 numbers to the computer to check if it's there. She was informed she would need to be put on hold and that she couldn't tell her how long she will be holding. At this point my partner asked for her name because she wanted to speak with a manager about her customer service to which she replied "I don't do Customer service, I am not a customer service person" then Why are you taking customer calls and serving customers in a store? Why not just have an automated phone system if that's the case? I'm sorry but your position absolutely is customer service. My partner had to ask several times to even get her to give her name. This goes way beyond being 'rude'. If one of my employees had acted this way towards any of my customers I would be absolutely horrified. All she had to do was take down the phone number tell her that she's busy and will call her back.
I understand being busy, I understand things happening out of your control but what I can't understand is giving your customer the minimum possible effort to solve an incredibly simple issue. Train your employees and be better

This is my goto place for dropoffs, but today i needed help with shipping.
Lady at reception was very helpful with packaging. She tried best to minimize the packaging to save shipping costs.
I was satisfied that i choose this place for shipping.

I have just gone through the best shipping experience of my life. This is a crazy story but I had a very expensive product that I was trying to return to China. Unfortunately it turned out to be a scam and there was thousands of dollars on the line. The team at the store actually really cares about you! They worked very hard to get my package returned to me so that I wasn’t out thousands of dollars. I can’t believe how incredible they are truly. Thank you for all of your help!

Excellent service at this location.

Happy and patient to come up with solutions such as contacting the vendor to provide me with a return label rather than incurring my own cost.

This is my second parcel sent out in as many weeks and I will make this my one stop shop for shipping from now on.

This place has been awful, I’ve been there twice and I called the phone it rang multiple times no answer, so that I could confirm the information before I went. I finally arrived there after several calls, showed her my postal note on the door she wouldn’t give me the package. So she sent me away, being there I also noticed when I was there the phone rang a lot and she ignored it.overall bad experience, do me wrong the 1st time, I am fine. 2nd time I get angry. I went into the store to see a lady (same lady) at 5: 35 it was not busy and she was at the desk with her coworker and she told me to hold.which took a while.then I told them I had an Amazon package to return, With all

Because the weight of the package which was much larger than they cant carry out because they don’t have the trucks. He than said UPS or FEDEX are the only company’s that can help you. So he said to go to UPS (where we already were) then we had to go to the 17th ave se UPS on the way to where we were going and they were amazing, they were answering phones and still being able to help us at the same time? So much more productive than 130th. UPS 17th Ave se sent out package the same day. I just want to let you know the 130th company is not worth dealing with.if anything DO NOT GO HERE and go elsewhere or to the go to 17th ave se or any other one besides this one.

First of all, I THOUGHT I had a good service, until my package arrived South Africa. When I arrived at the store, I was given some forms to fill, one was a description of everything in the box and another a summary. I specifically asked if I needed to fill everything by hand or typed but he said it was okay to be handwritten. I did everything as advised. He even advised us we get another box for the 3rd phone to avoid any issues, which we did.

Fast forward to the day the package arrived SA. I was informed that i had to type out everything in the box individually with the amount, in order for it to be cleared by Customs. The same thing i feared when i asked if it was okay for the list to be handwritten and summarized. Now i had thrown away the list i had on the day i sent the parcel thinking, i could always get a copy for any reason. Even after sending multiple emails and phone calls, i was totally ignored by this store for further assistance. Very rude and unprofessional especially because this all started after I was advised handwritten document are accepted. They were unable to assist in any way. Whenever I called the store for help, I was told to either call back or they would get back to me.

I wasn’t even advised of extra charges that i was going to pay. For God’s sake why would i want to pay over $600 as stamp duty? Especially during a pandemic? And as a courier company, why did you do not advise me of these charges? Now my hands are tied as I have to pay this amount to enable my family get this parcel, that has taken over 3weeks to be processed and cleared by customs or have my parcel returned to sender and I know that would be at my expense.

I probably should have used Canada Post, even though they are slow, they gave me rest of mind the last time I used them. This store is more interested in taking your money, and dismissing you once that has been done, than ever caring or bothering if your parcel is ever delivered or if you need further assistance.

The 1 star rating I gave them is just so i can write a review. If i had my way, I will take off all stars they have ever received.
Take your business elsewhere please, especially if you are sending parcels fsr!

What a shame, they won't tell you upfront that they charge extra if you use credit card on purchases under $5. Somehow they will also charge you tax of the destination.
Better use Canada post.

Went in to pick up my husband’s cell phone and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (it’s hard to come by these days!). Didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me but she was awesome! Would definitely use this location again:)

They took care of me, and even though they messed up originally on my faxes, they did not charge me any additional cost. It was a great experience, and I will continue to go back. It was way easier to fax with them than it was to go to Staples. Staples was a joke. I couldnt even send a fax to the CRA with Staples, but with UPS I had no problem.:)

It was 6: 25pm and I needed to pick up a package before heading out of town the next morning, and I saw online that this location was closed at 6: 30pm. Being about 5 mins away from the store I decided to call to see if there was any possible way they could wait for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady, Deborah said if you can make it here in 5 mins we can wait for you. You don’t hear of customer service like that anymore. Thank you Deborah for your kindness and I promise to pass it on as this world needs more of people like you in it.

This is a really nice UPS store to go to. The staff is friendly, cheerful and as efficient and helpful as you can expect them to be. Have been here a couple of times and once they get to know you they will remember you when you walk in. That's a nice touch. Well done Ladies.

NEVER print here. I was charged almost $40 for 5 double sided sheets of paper. They didn't give me any indication of how much it would cost, didn't trim it down or bind the pages. Extremely disappointed.
