I have been a regular at this UPS location for few months now, and had no issue regarding their services. The store manager was always a pleasure to talk to on personal/business matters, and the driver always showed up in timely manner on package pick ups and drop offs. I'd recommend this store to anyone living in SW.
What a joke of a company. An office full of lobotomized chimps could have handled my order better than this "professional" company. I will shudder the next time I see "UPS" on an order, and I pray for anybody having their orders processed by this migraine-inducing nightmare of a shipping company.
Worst ups store ever. I unfortunately had to deal with the Asian lady named Kate and she was soo rude and unprofessional. I needed to ship no box and I was standing in front Waiting for help and she didn't even acknowledge me after seeing me and decided to finish up on her computer in the back. Then after I needed tape and she legit threw the roll at me and was like tape it up and yelled at me like I was doing something wrong. I would avoid that ups location with a 10ft pole and rather drive to airdrie to ship my package
The manager reply below is so wrong and definitely covering for the employees. They did in fact aggressively give me the tape gun which was like throwing when she smacked it on the counter.
Went there today and this is the second time I've had a terrible experience at the Westhills location.
Arrived at 6.25pm (they close at 6.30pm) to have a card shipped to the UK. Guy has the door locked, he came to open it to tell me he's closed. I said it's 6.25 and they are closing early. I say I just want to mail this card to the UK.he tells me it wouldn't ship today anyway and to come back tomorrow. I say I'm not able to come tomorrow and need it shipped urgently, hence my visit now, 5 minutes before the advertised closing time. He tells me again he's closed and shuts and locks the door again. I had another an issue a few years ago and have avoided this location for the longest time (prefer the Elbow Drive location.: great service there). I prefer to spend my money with a business partner who appreciates their customers and treats them with respect and professionalism. You will find neither at the Westhills UPS store. I'd rate no-stars if I could.they do not serve the UPS brand well.
If I could give 19 stars I would! Don’t write reviews that much but this time I have to! I went to the 14 street this morning to send a package to my country and the guy there was telling me it is expensive (400$) don’t send it, they will custom charge them and maybe I can’t send it, I told him I have to send it anyways and he answers « comeback Monday cause I don’t have help today! » So I thought let’s go the signal one and see! And thanks god I did! DAVID was really nice, kind and very helpful! He take his time to look for my city and correct the postal code that I give. He is very professional and honest (he give a cheaper price!). The premises is well-organized and Clean. Highly recommend! Thank you very much DAVID.
We have been dealing at UPS for twenty years and have never had a problem. Decent service sometimes they are extremely busy but usually they are great to deal with.
Worst customer service. The customer service personnel was rude. I was sending back an item. I am certain this was not his first time handling such a transaction, yet he was standoffish and rude.
Every time I go in this store there is always a reason why they can’t help me out. Today I tried to have a large item delivered to them and they wouldn’t take it and referred my delivery guy to the airport depot. I have been waiting several days for UPS to pick up this item, but they did not show up when promised. So I paid to have it delivered to the UPS drop off location near me and they didn’t want to take it. After I made a fuss, they took the item. I’m switching to Fedex.
Close to my home so an extra star for that. You have to ensure you tape and pack before bringing anything here. Also, they are expensive to ship just about anywhere. There are usually better options.
Very helpful, well-organized and clean premises, and patient team. I have a mailbox here and use UPS shipping services. Have also done international shipping with them and no issues so far (2 years).
Horrible people. Trying to cheat u all the time. I went there last week to send back package to amazon. First i asked them for printing a papper charges and the person replied 25 cent. When going to give them they told its 1dollar and wt centbcoz the copy is got by using our computer. After some argument, i gave them 1.25 n they told we say 1.31. Total cheaters. Avoid them. N save ur money and clas with them. Ups should took some action against them.
One of the worst shipping companies use Canada post or FedEx. Package has been saying everyday, be here by the end of day since Monday it’s now Thursday. But wait it says it’s going to be here tomrrow by the end of day now. Haha such a joke.
Competent, but rising box rental every 2 years made me stop. Seems to have been through at least 2 new francise owners ever since a lady called Ginger (? I think?) had it. Back then, around 2013, was the best service. Latest renewal was over $440 for 2 years If I recall right. Sorry, getting too expensive for a tiny box, so I quit, sorry.bye.
What wonderful service! The manager was swamped with customers and still found a second on his own volition to offer my kids some bubble wrap to play with while we waited. They stayed quiet and everyone was happy. Our package arrived earlier than stated so we're happy with the service from start to finish!
I have had some great and helpful interactions with UPS stores. Not this location! For whatever reason the owner is rude and extremely unhelpful.recently he has told me to do my shipping at the depot near the airport. They charge for tape to close a box, will push back and challenge customers wanting to pay with a credit card and not cash, and if you have 3 or more boxes of average size he does not want to deal with them and you will need to drive across the city to the depot. Do not use this location! Rude and terrible customer service!
Worst customer service ever! For business, I have stopped using UPS long time ago. I had to use UPS again because of a warranty return. This particular location charges for taping the waybill on the parcel! When I checked the status of the parcel after a week, I noticed that it has not been updated at all. I called this location and they claimed it was picked up. I called UPS help line and they said they don't see the parcel in the system and it may be lost and that I should file a case. I went back to this location to confirm that they have delivered the parcel for pick up they were reluctant to help, they suggested I call UPS. Alfred Lee Owner/Operator was the one who was not trying to help at all. In the middle of the conversation, he picked up the phone to help another client and made me wait! Unprofessional and rude! The worst customer service I have experienced. Avoid this location like a PLAGUE!
