Check pricing at another UPS store.

Was told I would be charge $90 for a 6 lbs package to US. Confirmed that was the lowest rate. Didn’t make sense as the last shipment of 27 lbs to US was around $60. Was told it’s because it’s a different US city.

Decided to check another UPS store. Same from/to shipping address was $31.

Never going back to this store. Not sure how their pricing works or if UPS franchises can charge any price they prefer.

They claimed they couldn’t scan my package label and wanted $3.50 to print off a new one. What a scam. Left and will never return.

Worst carrier. At Purolator they insisted using more tape to secure the package. At this location they wouldn’t let me tape up without paying. Went to another location and they said they had no tape. What’s with the tape shortage and the nickel and diming? Never use this business unless I have to return something and have no choice. With choice I would choose to pay more than use Ups.

Never ever go to the UPS Store for the passport photo, the price is ridiculous, $15 for 2 printed photos, if you need 1 digital copy, additional pay$15. $30 per person plus tax. The most expensive in Calgary.

God forbid you ask for a little tape for your return. The woman at the front desk refused. Never going back here for my parcels.

I received great professional service from Micheal on July 20th I had a huge package weighing 85 pounds and he was very helpful!

I would stay FAR away from this place. The woman behind the counter didn't know what to do with my package. It was a large package and needed to be shipped within Alberta. I said I needed insurance for 1000 dollars on the package and she said she can't offer me the insurance as THEY didn't pack it themselves. This is the first time I've EVER heard this. I have been shipping things for years and have never had this issue at ANY other UPS store in the city of Calgary.

I took my package to FedEx on Aero drive and they offered me my 1000 insurance plus shipping/tracking/signature for cheaper than they could ever do at UPS.

They wanted to charge me $ to get them to repack the box at this location. I asked for them to and they said they can't. Makes sense.

Go to another ups store location or go to FedEx. It was worth the time and gas money to get a proper level of customer service/professionalism.

Edit: they are also having people come in and leave fake reviews saying they are better than they are. If you are reading this, great people with a hello and try to help them. Not offer more of an issue.

VERY NICE & HELPFUL staff at the UPS STORE in BEDDINGTON!

I had to return an Amazon package and he taped the package securely for me and printed the label and charged me a very nominal fee.

I went to UPS on 32 Ave NE the staff was VERY RUDE who wanted $5.75, told me I had to buy a roll of tape from them and package it myself! I left this store & went to the store in Beddington!

Excellent service! Owner of this store is so nice. Pays attention to each detail. Really good service. Will definitely come here again in future.

Super bad customer service, today Wednesday around 2: 20 pm I want to the store for send some boxes through UPS, at beddington location where I found a lady who didn't speak English at all and treated with me in a very bad way, she doesn't even know how to treat with humans, she shows no respect or even has any customer service basics. I will never do a business with UPS again because of this employee. I don't recommend this merchant at all.

Brutal. Yes I showed up with a box that needed about 3 feet of clear tape. Don’t need to be scolded and lectured.

Here’s an amazing idea! How about coming up with a packing fee of $1-2$ for any taping required, you’ll make a mint and save yourself talking to customers like they’re 5 years old and like you’re having a bad day.

The only reason I came here or will come here is your extended hours when others were closed. Use another location, this one is bare bones no frills and not that pleasant.

Staff argued with me trying to tell me I needed to keep the packing label envelope untaped so customs could open it, yes, I’m sure that box will make it all the way overseas with the invoice able to fly out with the wind. If customs wants to see it they have box cutters and the label envelope is clear so they know it’s in there….

Pretty clear this is a franchise store and whoever is running isn’t looking to be top of heap.

Make it easy for me to do business with you and WANT to do business with you. This experience left me not wanting to darken the door of this place ever again….

I drive from Castleridge to this UPS once a week to ship a care package to my mom, Mr and Mrs Park are always super friendly and helpful. The Mrs is the fastest ups employee ever! Will keep driving across town to this store!

The people who work there are very friendly BUT not very speedy. Went there to send a package and was there 40 minutes to ship.i was the only one there and it was a very simple transaction. I went to pick up the return package and waited 20 minutes for him to finish up with another customer.again it took him forever to complete their transaction. I won`t return to this location.i`ll drive 15 minutes to another one.

I thought people were being too sensitive but I experienced it myself and it’s not a pleasant experience. Customer service is 0 and they seem to think they are doing you a favor when you patronize their services. Not to sound racist (far from it) but as soon as I saw they were Chinese I expected it. Rude for no reason! Just plain cheats with inflated prices.anyway as much as I can help it I am not going back there, not even to warn them of an emergency! It’s that bad!

They loose packages and they cannot deliver properly. I had a precious gem stone delivery and UPS lost the package. They couldn't deliver it because they don't care. Don't use this service. Opt for their better competitors
