Akshay was very helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all. He double checked everything and also had me check it all before sending my letter out. And the best part was, what should have taken a couple of days was delivered in less than 24hrs to Ontario from Alberta!
Based on the service and value for the money, I would recommend this location.

Awesome staff and store. I have used this location three times in the past few months and have been very impressed each time. Highly recommend this business to others!

They had to tape by box with 12 inches of tape. They charged me 5 dollars to tape the box. What a rip off. Oh… they gave me the roll of tape ugh. What ever happened to service. What a joke

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!
The owner is a scammer and ripping customers off. He openly admitted to me that he rips people off. Please use another UPS store and let this con artist go out of business.
I asked for a Canadian passport picture photo and he told me that a digital photo was what customers were asking for.
In actuality a printed photo is what’s needed. I told him that that wasn’t the case and he told me that know I would need to re pay for a printed copy.
Instead of living up to his mistake he told me that it’s my problem.

Amazing service by the owner and the rest of the employees! Made my shipping and picking up package experience a breeze!

Your response is extremely unprofessional. Never did I state I expected it to be free. My review states it’s $1 per page and when I asked, I was not informed of this until it was already said and done. $1 per page is expensive, thus the reason for my poor review. Especially compared to other companies like Purolator, etc. Do better at educating your clients, and try not to yell on Google:) ***

Company charges $1 and some change per page printed! I had two returns and asked if they could print the papers Amazon sent me, the front desk man said yes however; failed to tell me that they charge for this. To print the return papers on regular white paper with black ink cost $6! I was floored. Also, very Slow service.

Had to ship 14x14 picture to US. They were helpful with wrapping and package to ensure it arrived in one piece!

If you don’t live at an address Amazon, eBay, or whatever you order can’t be delivered to your house this UPS Store will let you have it delivered here. There is a small amount to pay for it but it’s so convenient!

Great location for drop offs. The owner is super nice! Lately, we’ve been having problems with warehouse losing our packages but never had any problems with this location.

Above and beyond customer service. I received a UPS notification with this destination for parcel pickup. I arrived before my package and the owner assisted me and let me know it had not arrived yet and technically would be available for pickup the next day, soI left. About an hour later I received a call from the owner saying my package just arrived, so I ran over. The UPS truck was still there unloading, that is how quick he called me. My point is he didn't have to call, I could have waited until the next day like the tag requests, but he felt it important to let me know it arrived. I was so happy.

Akshay and his team are a pleasure to deal with. As a new UPS customer they have really made me feel like they're in my corner.

Adding details based on response from owner. Writing this review based on experience in the store and on the phone with the store.

Received a notice from UPS that I'd have a package to pick up at this location. Came by a couple business days later and it wasn't there. No big deal, not they're fault if the package missed a connection. Guy at the front desk was a little arrogant, and explained it would show up the next business day, I told him I got the notice two days prior and he did change his attitude a bit and looked for it, and then explained that I could just track the shipment and come in when it arrives. So I didn't mind. Again, not his fault, as he didn't know all the details when I initially came in. (See, I'm an understanding and forgiving person)

Called the store a couple days later when package still hadn't arrived just to see if they could look into it. I was refused and told he was too busy. He said I could call back later in the day but they didn't answer when I did.

I work in customer service. I get that the shipment not making it to your store isn't your fault, but not lifting a finger to help, showing any empathy, or taking the two seconds to ask the driver to double check his truck when he makes his delivery is.

We all make mistakes and can learn from them, change the quality of your service and I will change this review ️

The people at this UPS are very excellent people and I have never had an issue. There are times when the long is insanely long and I am able to drop off my package and leave, because I know with confidence that they won’t forget to scan the package. Excellent service.

While I appreciate the customer service while in the location, I find myself confused to the price I paid to have one, incredibly light box sent to Halifax, NS. While I understand sending a package on Dec 3rd is considered the Christmas period, I gave ample time for regular delivery. I chalked the price down to it being Christmas and let it go. Two deliveries back from Halifax to Calgary, one during that Christmas period and one on the 27th was 70% cheaper, with the boxes being significantly heavier. I now know I wasn’t charged the correct amount.

** to answer the response, it was not 10lbs, it was a box with chip and candy bags. The store even said it was light. For a box being sent back from Halifax to me, 2023/01/03 with 13 books + Christmas gifts in it was 22lbs and $63.01. Incl. HST.

Friendly staff, I go there whenever I need something shipped faster than Canadapost.

This location of UPS is the best to offer in the city! I highly recommend as their customer service to their packaging is extraordinary. Akshay as well as their employees were remarkable. They have a very hard working team which can do more than one job wether it’s packages or printing services. They are the place to go to. Thanks again!

I have gone to this UPS shop twice now and both times have been great. I usually just walk in, explain my package, and it is packed and shipped in a few minutes. I even got a text showing my package was properly secured and sent out. Akshay goes above and beyond.

I had a great experience with this store! It was my first time to ship a package and Akshay helped me with everything I need for shipping. He was very patient in assisting me with my package and all of my questions were answered. Their customer service is amazing!

I had to chose 1 star which is generous. This store transposed my shipping and contact detail incorrectly, causing multiple issues getting my package delivered. They have accepted no responsibility for their mistake, and have not helped getting package delivered. I have had to contact UPS multiple times myself individually to try and rectify. A delivery that was supposed to take a week took 8 weeks, as I never received any contact because my information was entered into the system incorrectly. Did not even come close to receiving the service I payed for. Owner has responded and presented their process however that is not my experience was. I was never asked to check the shipping tag I was told ill get this done in the next half hour and you will see an email, which I never did because email was copied incorrectly

Terrible customer service. The owner shouldnt be running a personal service business as he is dogmatic and tunnel visioned. The prior management team might have messed up their franchise relationship, but they sure knew how to look after their customers. I cant recommend this place at all if you run a business and depend on flexibility and understanding of client needs.

The staff was super nice and he helped me scanning some extra large print. Very professional and helpful.

The staf at the UPS store are always friendly, helpful and professional and courteous. The mailbox (351) only receives mail occasionally. I live a distance from the UPS store, but the staff are very helpful, in checking the mailbox for me, and if there is mail, (letters or boxes) I drive to the store to pick it up.

I had great experience in this store for shipping. As the owner was an engineer like myself, he did all the shipping works perfectly and try to time for the customers and try to help the customers feel comfortable. A great store!

Told they will ship my package back if I don’t pick it up in one day even when UPS email states I have a week to pick it up. Told him to ship it back then. I hope Telus reconsiders using ups in the future. I will avoid this place at all costs.

I would be more than happy if you have a recording to post it to see who was right and wrong in this instance. I will not accept bullying with threats of returning a package to run across town and pick it up when another one is coming in another day or two. Especially 8 minutes after the UPS email gets sent that it has arrived.

This is not the closest UPS to my house but I always go to this location coz they have the best customer service of all the branches. And I say this coz I go to them 1-3 times a week. Highly recommended!

As always…courteous, helpful, professional service. International shipping has proven very easy to do from this UPS Willowpark location. Would highly recommend!

Shipped out some items from this location October of last year. I couldn’t of hoped for a better team to handle my questions better than this one. Highly recommend this location and especially the team that works there.

I've dealt with Akshay and Bindu at their North Location for years. Amazing service and so glad they took over this Willow Park location which is way closer to where I live. Expert at printing sales brochures and even does shredding. Lots of changes at this location! Good to see!

I have been with this location for 15 years. There have been issues in the past with previous ownership but since the new ownership took over last year, the experience is far above anything I ever expected. Customer service is at a completely different level now. Akshay goes above and beyond and has been of great assistance to me as I’m out of the country frequently.

This is the best UPS store in the city! I needed to send some medications to family who was stuck in the states and the owner went above and beyond to ensure my package was sent on time, going as far as driving it to the plane to make it on time himself. Thanks so much!

Under new ownership, Akshay is FANTASTIC! The amount of services that they provide, I come here for my printing and courier services. I use both his Centre street and Willow Park location. He cares about his store and his customers.

I shared the size and weight of my package going to Vancouver. Akshay and his team were very responsive - they walked me through the shipping options and had a label ready for me in no time. And when I dropped the package off late, they helped me to get it included in a pick up at another store so it would go out that evening. Truly over and above service! Five stars from me!

Excellent service at this location. The staff even allowed me a few days of leniency when it came time to renew my mailbox, which was very kind and appreciated!

Haven’t had any issues with packages and the staff are always quick to get me my items. Love the location as well.

I have gone twice to this location to drop off my parcels, they say they open at 9am but I've had to sit in my car for almost 30 minutes waiting for them to open, once I ended up driving to the one on elbow because I just couldn't wait. Very disappointing.
