UPS at Baseline Road in Sherwood Park has been incredible to deal with over the last many years even through the change of management. Everyone has always been friendly and most helpful! I will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future!

They make you pay $4 to print a label in store. I brought one from home it wasn't sufficient? No where else makes you pay for a label?

They lost my government paper to be sent. It fell in between the counters and he told me sorry about your luck. I had to go back to registeries repay $30.00
I will not be dealing with this store again. Meanwhile my government papers are between his counters. CAUTION

Awful customer service, front employee very lazy and rude. Next time will drive to Edmonton store

Got a notice on door that at 8: 40 a.m. Package was/is at Baseline Store for pick-up, I was at work, paid $30 for same day delivery. I show up hours later 4: 00 pm stores open till 630 p.m. At store, most un professional service every, he said "what do you want me to do, make you a package" he laughed at me, "driver went home must have taken it with him" I asked for his managers name, " I am the manager". He refused to provide me with his name. Never have I ever been treated like that before. He did not care for one second. Seemed he kinda enjoyed it. Kept saying "Call UPS, I am only the UPS store". DONT USE UPS THEY DONT NOT CARE OR COME THROUGH WITH DELIVERY DATES.

Had a package delivered to this location and was unable to pick up immediately, after 7 days they returned to point of origin with no notice or warning. Have been fighting to get my item returned for over a month now, no help from UPS.

Not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews but this location has amazing service. The girl who helped me was nice and kind. I would definitely come back again to ship my items. Thanks!

The service was outstanding, I received a huge parcel (4 summer tires) and I got a call from this UPS Store for letting me know I got them, then I went to pick them up, the personnel (Elisa) in this store was very kind and helpful, I was very impressed by the service.

Went in there today and the guy working could have cared a less. I almost decided not to leave my parcel as he didnt seem at all interested. I had a international doc that was supposed to go with the parcel and he didnt seem to even want it. Worried about my delivery now. Wish I went somewhere else now.

Great service and great prices. I shipped some stuff to another country and it did not make it passed customs and this location went above and beyond to get it released and sent back to me in Canada. I always have my packages shipped here and there is great customer service and friendly staff.

Made a call into them today for some assistance and oh boy was I greeted with what sounded like the most miserable person to be working. Once the interruptions of talking to other coworkers stopped I was able to ask my questions and was once again greeted with 1 word answers and when they were more than one word they were quite rude.

DO NOT SHIP ARTWORK THROUGH UPS! I had them package and ship 3 large paintings to customers in the US. Two of them went missing. Eventually, one was found, but removed from the protective wood crate and put in a cardboard box (ended up having holes in the box). The second (a $2000 painting) is still missing and 2 months later, I have still not received any sort of refund or reimbursement.

Horrible service. Delivery notice on my door, so sorry we missed you, blah blah blah. My wife and I live in a locked apartment complex, how the delivery person got into the building to put the notice on the door, we have no idea. They will not drop my package at the door as per the special instructions. My wife and I work full time and can not take a day off work to wait for the delivery person to show. Not impressed!

Very honest, Hard working and Professional people who have build there business based on trust and hard work. Owner taran is one of the most honest people i have known i wanted some packages shipped and store was about to close he waited and kept the store open just to help me out.

Very helpful service, as I needed a lot of flyers printed up and needed them to look professional. I was able to get them printed within a day, at a great rate and will the recommendations that I would not have known to use to make them look great. Thanks again for the great assistance!

Use this UPS store for all my printing needs. They beat all competitor prices in town and their print quality is phenomenal. Highly recommended:)

I had a notification to pickup a package last week and drove 45 mins out of the way to this store to find out it apparently wasn’t there meaning I then had to wait 2 additional days because of Christmas to possibly find out if my package arrived.

I called the store to be basically yelled at for asking if my package did arrive yet (now three days later when they were open) and still didn’t have it.

I called the delivery company (DHL) and they confirmed it was at the store and had been since the 20th of December.

Called back again today and found out it still apparently wasn’t there so I went into the store later and it still apparently wasn’t there and it wasn’t until I asked them to look again that he found it tucked behind some other boxes on the floor.

The previous week I came to ship a package here before all this and honestly walked out after 15 mins of waiting and somebody rummaging through packages in the back and a huge line forming.

Save yourself the time and use the UPS Store on Wye Road. Way faster and way better service
